True Food Kitchen

The food was not good, I sent back my entree and ordered something and the waitress brought my original order back. Also the did not have any seasonings for pizza like red pepper flakes and oregano. This waitress will put this restaurant out of business. She he never brought the check when we asked and 2 others had to bring it.

Unfortunately, this was a bad experience. Terrible service, cleanliness of the place and lack of proper management.

True food was great. We sat outside and enjoyed the beautiful weather before the cold front came in. Lovely atmosphere and best chicken sandwich I have had in a very long time!

Food was very good.. our waitress very friendly and attentive.. a bit of limited mixed drink selection since the restaurant is ingredient dependent.

Great, friendly hostess who provided a nice welcome and good seating. Service was good, not exceptional. Food was average at best with nice air fried chicken but cold and over-cooked pasta. No offer of grated cheese on our food. Nice atmosphere but just an OK meal.

Fabulous atmosphere. Food was outstanding. Waiter could have been a bit more attentive. Never came back to ask if we wanted more drinks after the first round. Did not refill waters either.

The food was delicious and the outside seating area was lovely. Interesting and reasonably priced menu items. Service was great. We loved this place!

It was Good food but probably could have been a bit stronger with seasoning or ingredients, they had great service, and the ambience was okay. Slow Monday night.

While the food was good and the menu had inventive options, the management was extremely poor and the service was slow. Management did not honor our outdoor reservation, despite there being a table open. Their explanation didn't make sense and there was no effort to make up for the error. The food also took quite a while.

The service was impeccable. However, the food fell short. The dishes were undercooked, both the meats and the vegetables and the pasta appeared to have been prepared the day before and simply reheated, lacking freshness and care. Overall, it was an interesting experience, but below expectations. The place has enormous potential, that much is clear. Still, it is evident that the kitchen lacks the technical capacity and consistency to match the quality of the service.

The restaurant is noisy. The restroom was a disaster. It needed cleaning badly but the mismanagement of the restaurant included the hopeless case of the restrooms. Mens and Women's were both a disaster. Wrong meal was sent. Right meal arrived with hurried tofu not really cooked. Dessert came but not utensils. Try to eat lava cake and icecream with no utensils!

Great menu, excellent customer service. Enjoyed the delicious yet healthy meals. Location is awesome

Worst restaurant experience we have had in years. Food took over 45 minutes to come out and when the front of house manager, Jamie, came out with the food he was quite rude and unprofessionally blamed everything on the back of house and said he's “not in charge of what the kitchen does” multiple times. Our food came out cold and overcooked at the same time. It also came out over the course of 15 minutes, not all at the same time, AND it came out after multiple other tables (who were sat way after us) already received their food. Jamie blamed this on our party being bigger (we were 5 adults and 3 kids... one of the other tables had 6 adults) and then Jamie also threatened to take our children's food away when we stated any other restaurant would have comped part of the meal or at least tried to fix the issues. He did ultimately take some money off the bill, but not nearly enough to make up for the horrible overall experience. The restaurant was empty, which should have been a sign as the area was very busy, but we have enjoyed other locations of this restaurant in other cities. AVOID this restaurant, at least for as long as Jamie is there. I will say our server, Kai, was a sweetheart and very apologetic for the experience.

Our waitress and the manager were superb, but the food wasn't great, it was towards the end of the night, so I'm assuming the kitchen just wanted to get out.

Jeannete took very good care of us and had excellent customer service. The food and the atmosphere is fantastic. Highly recommend.
