We don’t usually write reviews but our outside server Bobby was so excellent that we want to give him a shout-out. He is combination of friendly, responsive and effective as a server and we were fortunate to have him for our early Saturday lunch.

One of my favorite places to eat in West Palm! I enjoy coming to Tru Food and bringing family and friends to share a meal here. The food is always amazing and the service is always great as well. Bobby and Lexi are the best, and I enjoy getting served by them!!
The worst experience I've ever had at a restaurant. I've worked Downtown for 8 years and have eaten here and recommended this restaurant many times. I've even recommended it to my company for company dinners! The food has always been so good. I even pick it up when I work late. When I received an email about the Spring tasting, I was so excited and only two spots left and it was for tonight! I immediately purchased a reservation for myself which included gratuity! When i arrived. I was sat immediately but what happened after was by far the worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant. I sat there at a two top for 30 minutes watching everyone around me get served, eventhough I was one of the first people there. I finally asked a waitress who was serving a group next to me if I could have a beverage. She brought me the beverage and I sat another 15 minutes or so watching 4 waitresses walk past me and serve everyone around me. I finally got out of my seat and walkef over to a waitresses, I asked her if I had a server. Without giving any eye contact, she said she would check. She went to take an order at another table. I had to ask 2 more waitresses. Tables around me starting asking me if I had been served yet. Finally one came over and explained noone was assigned to my particular table and she would be helping me. About 10 minutes later I had the first course. It was delicious! But now I'm sitting there again everyone else around me being served. At this point I had been there an hour with an empty place setting still in place across from me. Never removed. It felt like a bunch of mean waitresses decided they were going to be awful to that 50 year old Woman. Well ladies it worked. I left without enjoying what I paid for. Although I have to walk by this restaurant everyday i'll never return nor recommended to another customer of mine.

OMG. This was the best experience! My son has special needs and we went here for lunch. There was so much foodd-- all allergy free. We had the best waiter, Bobby.I can wait to bring my friends. The food and drinks were delicious. Especially the tomato' soup

We had turkey burgers, which were all white meat; but lacked any taste aside from all the fixings that were added. The sides were small and the whole plate was not worth the money paid. The ice tea lacked any flavor.

Bobby at the Rosemary square location was one of the best servers I’ve come across! He was attentive, funny, professional and offered great recommendations. I enjoyed the food and ambience as well. The most delicious carrot cake ever! Will definitely be back!

This by far my favorite spot to grab something healthy in west palm beach. I have never ordered something on the menu that I didn't like. The options are endless and delicious. Welcoming environment and great customer service. I regularly get take out and Danielle the manager and Dasia always do an amazing job at helping me out. Professional and quick service. Only great things to say!

I sat at the outside table with my two older children and a wiggling two year old on my lap waiting for the high chair that the hostess never brought, the waiter finally came to our table after about a little over 10 mins of waiting, we ordered the edamame dumplings which came out cold and before our drinks ever arrived, he never brought any extra silverware or placesettings, or straws for the obvious kids cups that needed straws to drink from them. I ended up goi g to the busing station and getting what I needed for my table, there was uncleaned cutlery on our table when we were sat down anyway. Our server came to check on us one time, and disappeared for the remainder of our meal. I being finally fed up, gathered up my family and went to track our server down for the check, and out of everyone huddled around the kitchen, a newbie employee helped us cash out our check. After waiting a year to visit this place and looking forward to going here, I was incredibly disappointed and thought it was overpriced and very mediocre. I would not recommend this place nor do I expect to return there again. Written by a born and raised foodie lover.
Once we walked in the hostess greeted us and briefly explained the menu. She was very nice and warming. That made us joined a table for lunch. Our server approached us as “are you guys ready?”We happened to know what we wanted so we order two burgers. I asked “what is Umami?” and he said “a peculiar flavor, I can put it on the side”…I asked for fresh juices and I got as an answer “bar man makes them” and I had to ask again: ok but what kind of juices you have? As he responded “ I think we only have orange juice “Our burgers came and the potatoes were cold. My husband didn’t have water. The server never approached us to make sure everything was good. When we asked for the bill, we thought tip was included as we come from Miami and they add 18-20% automatically. When we left, the server (guy with a scar on his cheek) followed us to scream at us in the hallway: “you guys don’t even leave tip?”and he looked all aggressive .I said: oh I thought was included and gave him $8 and he kept yelling at us.Honestly we wanted to call the cops because we felt attacked at the point my husband thought he was going to do something physically to us, but we just decided to leave west palm beach immediately.I would never recommend this place. Server didn’t know how to explain his menu, he didn’t even greet us and then he followed us to scream at us. If you work in hospitality and you receive tourist from different places you must understand-some people don’t know what tip is-others think is includedHe could just said: excuse me, tip was not included, I wonder if by mistake you thought it was” or something like that where people don’t feel attacked or harassed!

Love the menu choices at Trye food. And our meals were all delicious. But both times I have been there in the last 6 weeks, the portions were disappointingly small! Not like they used to be! Is this still a Weil restaurant? Service was so slow also! Only seemed to be one waitress for all inside!

My husband and I were going out to lunch today and originally were going to go to Howleys however when we got there their parking was full and we decided to try a new place.We googled vegetarian places near us and this place popped up. Upon walking up to the restaurant they had a nice seating area for outside dining but being it’s Florida and it was warmer we chose to eat inside.The host greeted us warmly and walked us to our seats i would say that’s where the pleasant experienced ended.Our server came to the table took our drink order which were two warm teas and brought them back promptly. No sweetener or cream was provided and we were not asked if we would like any.I ordered the grass fed burger with fingerling potatoes and my husband ordered the ancient grains bowl with tempeh.A gentleman brought it out pretty quickly to the table. My husband enjoyed his meal but I feel like for $20 my food was not worth it.I opted for the bed of lettuce instead of a bun and the lettuce came throw on top of the burger. I asked for the fingerling potatoes and my plate had 7 potatoes on it.It wasn’t seasoned with anything and was bland.Our server never came to check in on us or ask us how the food was. She spent most of her time behind the bar talking and making drinks. So maybe they were short staffed.When she brought the check she placed it face down next to my husband and then asked us if we wanted anything else.We both declined and she left again. Some time had passed and she came back to the table and I said we were getting ready to leave she didn’t state that she would take the check or she would cash us out she just walked away.With it being our first time there we didn’t know how to pay for our meal so we got up from our table and headed towards the hostess to ask. Our server who was behind the bar very loudly said I take the check you have to pay me we don’t have a machine.I stated that how was I supposed to know that? That I had told her I was going to leave and she walked away from the table.Then she said I was waiting for you to put your card down and then I repeated that I had stated I was going to leave and she just walked away.I don’t think I would return to this restaurant the service definitely did not match the cost of the food.
