I had bought a stuffed potato and it was mid, the coffee was kinda cold not hot . This place used to be better back in the day.

I bought 3 Cuban sandwiches and 8 guava/cheese pastries and spent $51. They were horrible!!!!! Pastries were chewy and tasteless. The Cubans were lacking so much flavor!!!!
NEVER again will I buy any thing from them!!!!!

The food and drinks are okay.
However, when I pay for my order and place my card or cash in the cashiers hand I expect the same in return.
I do not expect my card or change to be placed on the counter.
This is not an isolated incident because it happened at least three times in the last week.
The third time is the charm. I am taking my business elsewhere. I will learn to make my own empanadas and café con léche con azucar.
This is the location off Belvedere Rd. I have not frequented the Palm Beach Gardens location.

Walked in today and was the only person there besides the two people being waited on . Stood in front of the register by the pastries that I was going to get 30 of. after 5 or so minutes I was glad that I got there when I did as 5 more people came in. When the lady was finished with her customer she started helping someone who came in after me. Ok, she wasn’t sure who was there first even though I was the only one in the store for a good length of time. When she was done she ignored me and helped someone else.It is quite evident ( especially considering previous reviews) that they only like to serve Spanish speaking people.i walked out and will take me business elsewhere. Just plain rude.

My husband was there today to buy $100 worth of pastries. They had 2 employees that were with customers. A few people walked in after my husband and when the employee was done with the customer she skipped my husband & took the person behind him. He was still patient and waited. Then they took the next person behind him. Totally ignoring him again! He told them how rude they were & took his business elsewhere. We have done many purchases for our big employers companies but now We won’t be going back!! That was extremely rude!

The driest CS I have ever had...hard to swallow,no mustard at all, only one small pickle slice, really?

Extremely rude staff. Me and my husband walked in and all 3 staff members behind the counter looked at us as if we were not wanted there and they were annoyed that we even walked in. Neither of them said not one word and we were left to look at the unlabeled desserts wondering what the heck we were looking at and guessing as to what to order. We asked if they had menus to make it easier to choose what we wanted but they didn’t have any either. We ended up ordering whatever we thought looked good with no clue as to what it was. The strawberry shortcake was mediocre with a rotten tasting strawberry on top. It also had some black hard thing at the bottom that looked like rat poop. Overpriced apart from being nasty! We will never set foot in this place again!
