I ordered one thing a salad, I waited in the line for 30 minutes, because the young woman think that it was okay to sit there and have a whole 30 minute conversation with someone she knows.. and she didn’t care that other ppl was waiting like we didn’t just finish work and are trying to get home. Just rude and very unprofessional, make me not want to even go back there to order anything.. disgusting 🤮

The ONLY WENDY'S THATS ALWAYS ON POINT IS NORTHLAKE IN MILITARY!!!! This salad is crazy the CHICKEN is so Dried it's crazy won't buy my salad there ever again northlake it's like you order the salad and they get a Fresh piece of chicken cut it up and put it on your in you can see the steam on your cover plate nice and FRESH ❤️

My husband and I stopped in for their special on frosty for $1 each. It was tasty. It's what happened after we left the restaurant in their parking lot that has me angry. I won't write it all out here, but I fell in their parking lot, made the staff inside aware, and have emailed corporate and no answer from anyone, have been laid up since, seen 2 doctors. Wish I had gotten the name of kind lady that came to my rescue from across the parking lot, to thank her. Needless to say, I'm disgusted with Wendy's

The woman who took our order at Wendy's drive-through was meticulous and seemed to understand that the experience is just as important as the sale. She made sure to include everything that is usually forgotten. While we were eating in the parking lot in our car, we had a good 10-minute conversation about this exceptional woman who served us.
