The Manager has poor people skills and I'm a retired disabled Senior. He made me feel like I was begging for a burger which I had already purchased. That is No Way to treat paying Customers. It will be awhile before I order from Wendy's again.

I walked in with an app to get a special no one in the store knew how to get the code off of my phone. From that point the manager spoke in creole I believe to the entire crew they came to laugh and point at me from that point I said I don't find this funny she said we do with that said I just turned around and walked out this was my first and last experience with a Wendy's. The workers said her name was Shiela

I don’t usually leave reviews for fast food, but the night crew was doing their thing tonight! My baconator was delicious, cheese perfectly melted, and the fries were fresh. For it to be 12 am the team had great attitudes and were nice.

People at the drive-thru don’t speak proper English and can’t take my order correctly. Was told it’s my fault that they typed in my order incorrectly and would not correct my order. Said I can call corporate or pay for my order to made again. Being someone who frequents this Wendy’s, the quality and service has really have gone downhill in the last couple months.

I’m giving it a 2 star bc it’s lowkey funny they only gave me bacon and bread but also damn cuz I really was looking forward to eating that sandwich.. straight violated ?
I wanted to get some food for lunch but needed to use the bathroom and wash my hands so that I could eat my food comfortably and with clean hands. They refused to let me use the bathroom so I refused to order any food at this establishment!

Avoid going inside to order. There is only one person at the counter and the credit card machine does not work properly so the counter person must do it. There was no ice in the drinks machine. Extremely long wait. The counter lady was polite and doing everything she possibly could to expedite orders but clearly customers were not happy with the wait time.

Guy came in yelling about his food, and a lot of people inside eating, and drive through was long lines.The fries were a lil hard and cool. Nuggets were good and double cheeseburger was good except the 1 lil pickle and 1 lil string of onion they put on the burger. Like don't even add that cause it's too skimpy and can't taste it smothered in ketchup.Wheelchair accessibility: Ramp on sidewalk
