I am extremely disappointed with the service I received at Wendy’s today. The staff was incredibly rude, and it felt as though we were being forced to leave the restaurant. Such behavior is unacceptable and leaves a terrible impression of your establishment. I hope this feedback helps you improve customer service, as this experience was far from what I expect from Wendy’s.

I went through the drive thru and they didn't have any potatoes or the salad I ordered on the Wendy's app. They told me they couldn't refund the order and I had to call customer support, when I called customer support they told me to call the restaurant so they can refund my order. The second time going through the drive thru, I explained that customer service told me to go to the restaurant and cancel the order. They told me there was nothing they could do and refused to do anything to refund me my money or give me any food in compensation. I went home extremely upset and hungry.
