Terrible location. I’ve tried multiple times to get the new chicken tenders and this Wendy’s is always out. It’s ridiculous — what’s the point of rolling out a new item if your store can’t keep it on hand? Shows how little the management here cares. Do yourself a favor and skip this one. GO TO THE LOCATION ON CHERRY ROAD

The service is ok, the young lady in the window seem annoyed to have customers and was very dismissive. I ordered several meals w/ large drinks and they don’t have a cup holders and can’t seem to give utensils to eat/drink with. She was rushing me with my order, yet couldn’t enter the choices correctly. The fries are old and hollow. If I’m spending upwards of $50 at an establishment I expect the food and service to at least be good. Maybe the young lady is having a bad night; I don’t think I’ll be back and no receipt was provided.

I can't say they are rude. All I can say is I ordered jbc (3) last night and not even 20 minutes after eating them (tasted strange and different) nsanely bad stomach issues kept me up ALL NIGHT. That's mishandled food. (Toilet issues, Stomach issues, naseu. I won't be back unfortunately.
Mobile Order, Showed up in 8 minutes AND STILL SAT FOR 10 MIN? ASKED TO PULL FORWARD?? WHY DID I ORDER MOBILE THEN?
Completely ignored by counter staff. We were the only customers. Parking lot empty... no wonder.

Total disaster this place. Information monitor was disabled. None of the people on the shift who were working wore gloves at any time. The hamburger I ordered was cold and the chicken had a bad smell. There were no napkins. 03/24/2025

This place is disgusting, almost lost my sandals because they were sticking to the floor. The bathroom looked and smelled like it hasn't had a deep cleaning in years. This is a failure not only of the management of this location but also whoever the district manager is.
