Bad experience with the customer service this place offers. I ordered my food through the drive-thru and needed my receipt. Two very rude employees just told me that the printer was broken and that was it, they couldn't find a solution for the problem. It's not my problem that the printer is broken. Unhappy customer!

I had a very disappointing experience at this Wendy's around 11 PM. I placed a large order of 7 meals, and the employee taking my order was extremely disrespectful. She rudely asked, "Why 7 meals?" as if it was a problem. Regardless of the time or size of the order, I expect to be treated with respect, especially as a paying customer. The attitude I encountered made the experience uncomfortable and frustrating. I hope the management takes action to improve their staff's customer service, no matter the hour.

Unlike the Wendy's near my house, this one fills up the gravy bowl to the top on the order of sausage gravy with biscuit. Good deal!

I really have no words on how bad this Wendy's is. The store manager truly must give a flying F to what goes out the window. Disgusting establishment, stay away.
This is the dirtiest most disgusting Wendy's I have ever been to in my life. Ants were on the counter, in the cookie display and tables. When I brought it up to the manager she got aggravated while moving the cookie trays. She did not clean up after she took the cookies out rather she left the ants where they were. Waited until she thought we left and put the cookies back in the display!!!!!!!!! TIMES LIKE THIS I WISH I WAS A HEALTH INSPECTOR!

Rude staff, filthy tables (we cleaned the old food off our table) and floors, stingy with Ketchup after we ordered 2 orders of fries. Then to top it off my 11 yr old child went up to buy cookies. 1.89. He had $2, came to .02 more. She refused to sell him the cookie over 2 cents. Unbelievable. Miserable woman!
