Ordered Wingstop delivery through the wingstop app. Unfortunately we had to canceled our order since it was running late by 30 minutes. I do not like cold wings. I called the store and talked to the manager to see if she could cancel that order and make me a fresh batch that I could go pick up. Denied my request and had an attitude. Said that it would be a waste of wings. Regardless it was a waste because I asked for a refund and ordered pickup, from the wingstop on congress and 10th ave.

I absolutely love this Wingstop. Every time I go, the food is perfect â the wings are always fresh, hot, and full of flavor, and they never miss with the seasoning. The fries come out crispy with that perfect Wingstop taste, and the ranch? Literally the best ranch ever, nothing else compares. The workers here are always nice, patient, and make sure my order is right, even when itâs busy. The service is fast, the place is clean, and the vibe is always good. This location has honestly become my comfort place when Iâm craving something delicious. If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would. I love this Wingstop so much!

Ordered delivery from the night before on my anniversary just to end up finding an extra tender with my 3pc and itâs bitten into, On top of not receiving our drinks. The fact that workers like these lack attention to the things theyâre doing is wrong and sickening coming from a food place which is wingstop I understand if youâre hungry but you donât do that with customers food because I worked for the food industry so right here is just food safety violations.

Wings were room temperature and I called 5 minutes before I got there and they were already in the bag so I know they couldnât be fresh and then I called and asked if I could at least get a discount and the girl said no and she said she was the manager and before that she said I have to get the manager but I still ended up speaking to her and so I know that she lied to me so dishonest and that isnât fair all for 14 dollars and change but I guess I wonât be going back there thanks anyway but whatever đ
I ordered 6 wings combo.(chicken wings, fries, and soda). I called my order in before I came and they were rude. So I went to get my food. Someone was in there alreay complaining.(about the lemon pepper seasoning)(the worker was so combative. Meanwhile my food was cold (and not fresh , the fries and chicken)She was rude and I wonât be going back. I live in the area but I will find another one. And also she put my fries in the grease to warm them up. (Now they were dark)

I came here the other day & was kinda iffy with my experience. I used to see a nice young lady shes lightskin w curly hair also one whoâs brownskin or darkskin. I donât really see her anymore they are very respectful young ladies. The male who took my order the other day was very impatient & seemed like he was trying to rush & he got my order wrong. The cooks never make my wings well done And the manger refused to let me get a refund when they made my order wrong.

Very happy with the 20 wings for $20. Street corn was delicious. Wish there were more flats. There were only 12 out of 40. Otherwise, very good. And they even honored a promo code that was not working online for a free large fry.

Horrible service asked for well done wings there are not cooked all the way called said we canât get a refund , will never go to a wing stop again . Management wonât even remake order .

We ordered 30 wings Sunday evening. The next morning we woke up throwing up and itâs now coincidence everyone who was here to eat wings with us also got sick and vomiting. They gave us food poisoning. I still feel sick while writing this.
