Got a veggie stick order of dry as hell vegetables, as if they'd been sitting there for a while. I tried to finish them, but couldn't. Eventually I just asked for a refund. They made an excuse that I'd already eaten some, so they refused. Absolutely livid. Lesson to learn: if they give you bad food, just dump it on the front counter right away and ask for a refund immediately.

Placed an order online for delivery and they forgot to bring our fries. I called and they said “come to the store and we’ll take care of you”. “Sorry I can’t help you from your house”. That’s the purpose of delivery, so you don’t have to go to the store. Unbelievable.

They told me 25 min. I went back in 15 min. Food was ready. Fries were cold. How can you cook well done wings in 15 minutes when it takes 25 minutes? Check your camera at 6:30 pm when your employees are cussing and coming at me. I will be filing a lawsuit and contacting the owner.
Got delivery , wings WAY OVERCOOKED hard as a rock , fries were cold and rubbery , cheese for fries was the best part ... NEVER

Wings were ok, barbecue ones spicy don't know why they were more spicy than the mild ones the fries were kind of cold corn was cold too not good I waited 15 mins should have been warmer.
