I mean if you say you're open till 10:00 you should definitely keep your restaurants open until that time that's all I'm going to say because people waste their time driving to your establishment and it's not very respectful to your customers to not be open....?

So this review is good. The food here is always quick always good. But…… oh my lawd …. Saw the funnel cake ad in the drive thru ….. it was $6….. but it’s funnel cake right??‍♀️. Well save your cheddar ….. this is not a fair style funnel cake. This is a fair style funnel cake if it was on “Honey I shrank the kids funnel cake. Not worth $2 let alone $5.Your welcome.

Wow what can I say about this place first off it's not clean. Food is very salty. The staff oh well you can do better everyone needs a job right so I shouldn't be too hard sorry I'm paying for the food. I'm going to keep this one short if I never be back inside Zaxby's again I'm good I have learned to cook my food in a air fryer boom.

We went to Zaxbys around 2pm today 7.15.23 purchased a big order we paid and immediately was given our drinks and then shortly after our food, our card was never given back to us. At 3pm we get a text alert ⚠️ of a $267 purchased and another purchase for Aliexpress PLEASE BE SURE TO GET YOUR CARD and or be safe use cash in case they are taking pictures of your cards. So disappointing since we love coming to Zaxbys and hoping they stay open. Definitely taking a break from ordering. I believe the only reason they couldn't get thru is because the zip code isn't a local number.

I loved it! First time trying it, I wasn’t sure if I was gonna like it, usually fast food places hasn’t the best reputation regarding cleaning and service, but not Zaxbys. I haven’t try other locations but this one definitely it’s awesome ?

Ordered two boneless wings meals between the two of us. The fries were good and HOT, but definitely couldn't say the same for the chicken. It was more like "warm" and the pieces were SMALL. The five pieces weren't much bigger than nuggets. I'd say they were pretty much what I'd expect in a kid's meal. The staff was nice and friendly though and the restaurant seemed clean and maintained except for one of the door latches seemed very rusty and the dining area wasn't very inviting, especially with NO napkins visible except for the ones they put in the bag for our "dining in" order.

This Zaxby's is not the same as it was when they first opened. The customer service is not as friendly as most Zaxby's. I really love Zaxby's, and maybe this one will someday take me back to the Zaxby's that it once was years ago.

This particular visit was a bit of a let down. I ordered the signature club sandwich. The french fries had cooled down so much that I couldn't eat them. The sandwich was missing the cheese, only had bacon and 3 pickle slices. Altogether a forgettable experience.

This was only my second time ordering Zaxby's.Positives:The cashier/clerk was friendly. very helpful and professional in explaining the various menu options.I purchased the family meal that feeds 4.The chicken tenders and fries a tad salty but okay.Negatives:I thought it was ridiculous that you get 4 small sauces packets for 20 chicken tenders and must pay for additional sauces.The family meal was most economical for me, but the chicken tenders & fries come with bread instead of coleslaw. Of course, I had to pay for coleslaw.

Horrible customer services, food was greasy and I had to ask for sauce and the worker told they don’t have it. Never again not wasting my money there. KFC better .

Picking up for delivery. Went inside the store, took 20 minutes before a store employee even said anything. And still the orders not ready? They are empty...

Every other time I go to Zaxbys the machine is down. One time I went and y’all ain’t even have no chicken!!
