Sunday afternoon 3 pm I usually don’t do reviews much but this one took the cake !! Service was pathetic took almost 15 minutes for them to take order one of the employees wanted to go home kept complaining like a child that she wants to go home like she was being forced to be there!! Then food comes quick must say, cooked in literally burnt oil! Never experienced that thought it was new horrible flavor until my wife told me that it’s burnt oil. There was tape on the garbage areas so no one could throw out garbage accept in one bin . Bathroom clean but no paper towels . Am not sure what was going on but they were fighting within themselves. Atmosphere dull no music just miserable staff who looked like they were being forced to work there and they were doing customers a favor. Very disappointing

Waited for 10 minutes at the drive thru window .. lady kept saying giving me a second .. this is fast food how long it takes to take an order? Me and 2 other cars left .. losing business left and right . Bad service

The waiting time is so long and the customer service is awful. From the moment you arrive it looks like you are an inconvenience to them. Hopefully they can fix this issues.

I can see why this restaurant gets some poor reviews due to service. Sometimes the service is fast and efficient and other times you have to wonder what’s going on back there. But I will say the food has always been stellar and accurate as well. Cost is average for fast food these days. I do like this location but again I think there may be a few employees that don’t want to be there.

First time trying Zaxbys and also this location. A few cons to name are that the workers here lack customer service skills, ice machine wasn’t working, and tables were dirty. All of them. Also, the food is very salty to my liking.

I drive 45 minutes to this place so good the lady that greeted me and took my order yesterday was super friendly, super efficient and super nice so thank you for great customer service. She had braids in her hair and I had a little design and a heart in it. She was register and counter. The only thing that I need is for you guys to put one in the 33311 area code come on down we need you in And Broward County

Have been to this one several times. I’m not sure what’s going on with this particular one but the quality seems to be going down hill, not to mention the actual restaurant itself too. Half the time the AC is not working here. So it’s like gambling on whether or not it will be working when you arrive. Every single time I go they are out of at least one thing if not several like ice, ketchup, sauces , napkins, etc. The restaurant is usually dirty. You will have to wipe the table off yourself. For some reason the employees do not like to clean here. The tea here, when they have it, has a weird chemical taste to it? Leading me to think they are not cleaning the canister properly? Even when there are no other customers in the restaurant there is always a wait? Employees spend more time talking amongst themselves and on their phones than actually working. I have had the wrong food given to me several times. I have had food missing from my order more than once. The quality of the food, especially the chicken, has taken a nose dive. The last 2 times we went the chicken tasted and looked as if it had been fried, sat around and then was quickly refried when we ordered it. I have gone several times in hopes that things would improve but each time I went it was worse? So now we don’t go anymore. So sad as I really do like Zaxby’s, just not this one.

They take forever to bring your food. The food is almost never fully and properly prepared. They’re ALWAYS out of something!! The customer service sucks they’re rude and have a very unprofessional attitude throughout the whole service. I use to love coming to Zaxby’s until they hired these young teenagers who don’t care to be there!

I recently went to this Zaxby’s and honestly the experience was pretty disappointing. The manager Savannah was really rude and acted like doing her job was a huge hassle. The way she talked to the employees was disrespectful, too. The food was alright, but the attitude from the manger definitely ruined the vibe.
