This location needs serious attention and to clean house of its employees and hire new ones because the customer service is unbelievably terrible to say the least don’t get me wrong the food is good when it’s made correctly and or when I get what I actually ordered in the first place it just seems anytime I order something from here I leave with a completely different order and as for the staff they have very very terrible customer service and over the phone etiquette I am just taken back at how bad this place is managed and as for the Assistant manager if you can even call him that, was of no help at all and didn’t even help me to the best of his abilities it felt like he was just trying to get me off the phone quick like I was a bother of some sorts. This place is not worth coming to if you want good quality service

Tiffany the cashier was great! The food was garbage can juice and get no stars! I have eaten Zaxby's in Georgia where i was introduced to them and I eaten it all the way through various Zaxby's in Florida and this was by far the worst Zaxby's I've ever had in my life! Usually when I have Zaxby's it leaves a everlasting taste in my mouth but not here! Sweet and spicy chicken was tasteless the portion of fries weren't a lot like any other Zaxby's restaurant! Texas toast was even trash and was cold as soon as I got my food! I can tell the cook doesn't enjoy what he doing by the way the food taste he prepares and how he looked back there! He need to be trained over and brought up to Zaxby's standards because this was not it!

My order wasn’t ready right away, but I have to give a huge shoutout to Anthony Adams. His customer service was truly amazing, he went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Even in the pouring rain, he walked back and forth with such a positive attitude. Anthony turned what could have been a frustrating experience into a really great one. He’s an absolute asset to Zaxby’s!

Child whom is 5 like for fingers to be dipped. Store stated they can’t dip the wings because it’s a kids meal. It’s odd because other Zaxby’s dip the fingers. I had to order a complete adult meal in order to get the fingers dipped! Can Zaxby’s explain why. This is going to be a waste of food and money.

I’m shocked and outraged by what happened at your restaurant. While I was using the restroom, a staff member unlocked the door and let another guest in — while I was on the toilet. This is a blatant violation of privacy and completely unacceptable.
I felt humiliated, unsafe, and disrespected. I expect an immediate apology and a clear explanation of how you plan to prevent such incidents in the future.
