I can see why this restaurant gets some poor reviews due to service. Sometimes the service is fast and efficient and other times you have to wonder what’s going on back there. But I will say the food has always been stellar and accurate as well. Cost is average for fast food these days. I do like this location but again I think there may be a few employees that don’t want to be there.

I drive 45 minutes to this place so good the lady that greeted me and took my order yesterday was super friendly, super efficient and super nice so thank you for great customer service. She had braids in her hair and I had a little design and a heart in it. She was register and counter. The only thing that I need is for you guys to put one in the 33311 area code come on down we need you in And Broward County

So sad because the other local Zaxby's closed and our experience at this location was not good. Of 4 salads ordered, 2 were made entirely incorrectly. The drink machine had no ice and multiple of the sodas were out of syrup but were not labeled as out. Really disappointed.
