My order wasn’t ready right away, but I have to give a huge shoutout to Anthony Adams. His customer service was truly amazing, he went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Even in the pouring rain, he walked back and forth with such a positive attitude. Anthony turned what could have been a frustrating experience into a really great one. He’s an absolute asset to Zaxby’s!

Love the zaxby's sauce. It by far beats the Chick-fil-A sauce. This location's service is always slow so we ordered through the app prior to our arrival. The food still wasn't ready when we got there, but it did minimize the wait.

All right, let's face it. We all know about Zaxby's wings and burgers.. but they close the dining room at 9. :00 and I happen to get there at 9:05 😖.. and I sat in the Drive-Thru line until 9:49 waiting in line..
