I ordered tacos. They were ice cold. I walked up to the counter and told them about it. They remade them and they were still cold. I walked out.
I guess Chipotle makes their tacos cold now??? Yikes, never going to Chipotle again.

You'd get a good review if you filled the bowl up for online orders. Being able to literally see the bottom of the bowl when I open it because you only put food in 2/3's of the bowl is just weird.
You wouldn't do that while looking me in the eye. Do I need to sit in front of you people and open the bowl up before I leave the restaurant like a stingy karen just to get what I paid for?

You should tell your employees to smile if they are working with guests. The tall African American gentleman had no patience and looked like he was completely over it with his face expressions and gestures. Customer service experience is very important in the restaurant business.
