They left the half pans outside the cooler for too long on the counter. I'm guessing this was why I got such awful food poisoning that night. I know it's Saturday and people wanna go home but it was 9:30 still. Please be careful in the future.

Went online to place an order for pick up. I get to store to pick up and was wondering where my drink was. The customer service lady said it is in the bag. I said okay great. I get home and open the sealed bag and there is a empty cup in it. What a shame. I will never be back to this location or any chipotle store for that matter. Customer service sucks
This place can be frustrating sometimes. The food as always at chipotle is very good. But the only problem is that it seems a little bit pricy for the amount of food you actually get. Sometimes the workers are not in the best mood to serve you and I feel as if that affects amounts in each serving you get.
Parking: Not many spots but not overly populated typically.

I work close by so we frequent this location and over the last 2 years have watched it fall apart. The kids working there are not only poorly trained but their customer service is laughable. Today the kid taking my order stretched and yawned in my face with frown and didn’t even stop to welcome me or anything. Then the kids at the register were hanging out laughing and talking and I stood there before they helped me. This location needs help.

Service was quick. Restaurant was clean and organized. We received our order exactly on time. When we got home we were very disappointed. Food was cold. Portions were child-sized. Very little rice very little beans. Those are probably the cheapest ingredients in the restaurant. Maybe the portion spoon was not correct tonight?
Coming from chipotle lovers- either this location is missing the mark or there have been major changes in portion control.
I tried to call the restaurant for a refund or a remake and it is impossible to get a hold of a live human being. Adding a bit of frustration. The online app asks for feedback and "Pepper" says they will give the feedback to the team.
A horrible value for $40 for two bowls and some chips and guac. Chipotle = :(
