I have few things to say about this place, the food was really good, can't complain! I think that was the only good thing; the servers were so frendly with us, but they were talking with a 3 pleople group and wasn't pay attention to other customers, I was calling them and they couldn't hear me. Being a Luxury Neighborhood I wasn't expecting lots of flies around the food, it was really disgusting. I hope next customers will have a better time.
Honestly…. I was so excited for a loaded boxty after a long day. Loaded, it was not. Met up with a friend, waited 15 minutes to be acknowledged. Another 10 for our first drink. Put in our order and asked for other things to-go at the same time as our in-person food and specifically asked for it to be done at the same time because we could sense it would be a while. We got our one entree, the loaded boxty, and it barely had cheese and nothing else inside, barely enough sour cream for one, yet alone three dry potato balls…. For $17. Got our second drink while waiting on the to-go food that then took another 35 minutes. Our friend left, we had no drinks left, and our food had been sitting in a bag that the MANAGER bagged up in the back. Asked our waitress where it was, she apologized and said she thought we had it and brought it out. She then asked us to check it because “she knows the manager” which means management is just as poor. We’ve come here many times and are understanding when it’s busy, but it was not for the latter half of our time here.
Music was great.
Classic style Irish pub! The place has a great vibe and I drank the best bloody Mary I've ever had here.
We've been coming here for years and the food and service has always been spot on
The food is exquisite, the service is impeccable, and the atmosphere is downright magical. Plus, it's located in the vibrant heart of Westchase! Run, don't walk, to experience this gem
Our server was great ….food is OK…
Pub interior is very nice
Always,everything,awesome!
We are just moving to the area and found this restaurant. The area is very nice, very walkable, the music was perfect and the blue cheese burger and chicken sandwiches were soooo tastyyyy!!! And The staff was very attentive. I came with my boys and they loved it too. Highly recommended sports bar/ restaurant in Westchase!
Place was dirty. Floors and tables super sticky. I had to literally pull my feet up to unstick my shoes. You could tell that the place hasn't been mopped in awhile. Women's restroom, none of the toilets worked. Wasn't even busy and took forever to get food/drinks.

My burger was good but whatever was in those pretzels made my son break out in hives and it scared the daylights out of us. Not coming back here again! Sorry! Service was decent getting orders in but then we had to get up and alert them we had to go as we were sitting there for quite some time after we were done eating.

Have not been here in years and I regret returning. Nothing to do with food or ambiance, just revoltingly bad service.
Important things first. It's an Irish pub that serves some traditional Irish fare and American bar food. A large open air bar with seating indoors and outdoors. Perfect for this time of year and the plethera of large screen tv's make it a natural setting for watching sports. I used to frequent the the place after work for my "Sticks and Stella", my beer and their wonderful hand made zucchini sticks.
A lot has changed, it was less busy now during Sunday Football than it was on a regular week night. My favorite snack is no longer served, the once attentive and charasmatic servers are gone, the business like management of yore is missing and a much more lackadaisical atmosphere prevails.
The food seems to be more consistent than the business. Awesome wings, great house made chips and even the fries seemed better than store bought. I had the Fish ans Chips which while great in flavor were heavily breaded for one reason...they cut the fish into thin strips instead of filets. More profit in that I imagine but only 1 of the 3 strips had a suitable amount of fish. The other 2 looked the same but were mostly breading. A shame because the flavor was very nice. My wife loved her hummus and chicken wrap with greens, tomato and greek dressing.
Now the sad part. A buxom blonde was our server. It began as a tepid and unattentive encounter. As time passed she ignored the table for long periods and waiting to pay the check became somewhat soul crushing. The girl in the table next to me sat around for 20 minutes before they ever spoke to her. When people she was with that sat outside came and asked if she had finished eating, she said that no one had even greeted her yet. She had the same server as I. I had decided on a 15% tip instead of my usual 20-25%. Then when I paid with a $50 bill the girl asked if I wanted change. When I said yes, she was visibly upset that she was not getting the 30% that remaind. She then gave change in a larger bill attempting to force a tip of 25%. No luck, I gave the $2 that remained and left. I do not ever spend this much time regarding service but maybe management would like to know why business has slowed. Who knows, maybe not!

Hadn’t been here in a while due to poor service previously. Saw a post and decided to try it out again and will definitely be back. Our server/bartender Nicole was amazing. Friendly and the service exceeded our previous experience. Will definitely be back and will ask for her again.

What happened to the food here? Do they even cook anything or do they squeeze it out of a bag? Everything tastes like dirty frier oil. It is also really expensive. $10 for pickle chips? Instead of having 6 managers, why not have a more affordable menu?
