Great coffee in Tampa! the honey lavender latte is my favorite. All the baristas know my order and have it ready within no time. Victoria always takes care of me at this location!

My experience a Raining Berries is always excellent. I frequent the Raining Berries
in Westchase and the food is always consistent and delicious. The staff is wonderful and attentive, especially
Juan the Manager, he has memorized my order and is always attentive, professional and gracious. I love this establishment and I tell everyone about it.

Valeria and Angie were great! They were accommodating with my special food requests/substitutions. The food tasted yummy- I had the eggocado toast and the feeling nutty bowl. I’m definitely going to return and try more menu items.

The fruit is not organic, per the clerk. The acai bowls look amazing and I was excited to try, but I prefer my natural treats pesticide free. I get the extra business cost, but customer health (quality) is worth it. Kaia shops and even Smoothie King advertise organic fruits, so it can't be that bad. ✌️

Very diligent customer service.
They were slamming busy and the cold brew machine was having an issue.
They took the time to give me a coupon for a free coffee next time and they made it a latte instead.
Their breakfast items like their Belgian waffles are also really good!

With Hurricane Milton - our office was shut down for the week. We booked Raining Berries Westchase so we could continue to work remotely as a group. The staff here has been amazing! They’ve been gracious, thoughtful, helpful and efficient. They made our days here wonderful and we’ll miss our daily grilled cheese! Thank you all - I’m a customer for life.

I had booked their conference room for a couple days. I'm a local business owner and our office was out of power due to the hurricane. The staff was incredible. Juan, Mandy, Elena, Victoria, and everyone else there during this period was incredibly welcoming, friendly and eager to serve us.

The restaurant, restrooms and conference rooms were all very clean. The conference room had a ton of outlets to power laptops, and the food and coffee we ordered throuout the day was hot, fresh and delicious. Love that they had Gluten Free Cookies and the Grilled Cheese on Gluten free Bread was also outstanding.

This is a great place to hold leadership meetings, group study sessions or other small group breakouts. The conference room held 16 of us at one point and we still felt like we had room for more.

I can't thank you all enough for the hospitality, great service and support of our business during this time. God bless you all, and thank you again.

This place is really beautiful, but their AÇAÍ is absolutely TERRIBLE. I went in there specifically to have açaí and created my own bowl. The fruit was fresh, but the açaí tasted absolutely terrible, like when something is in the freezer way too long. I thought it was just me but I had my daughter taste it and she too thought it was awful. Aside from the taste the texture was off. I’ve had açaí bowls before and they weren’t that hard. We ordered a smoothie, which was delicious but the point of this review is that you don’t want to go to this place is you are craving an açaí bowl.
