Normally we have an A++++ experience here but last night was off. Our waiter was not very attentive and something tasted funny in a shrimp dish. They were out of 2 desserts as well.

When we are in Weston, FL, we always make a point of visiting Acquolina. Love their food. It's always a very special dining experience. Attentive waitstaff& always a special night out. This is a must try for a wonderful, classy Italian experience.

Started off with martinis, which were amazing as always. Sizzling Sausage and peppers, stuffed mushrooms, chopped salad, spaghetti bolognese, chicken parm, eggplant parm, rigatoni with vodka sauce and even left room for a dessert of waffles and ice cream, which was quickly devoured by the kids. This night our server was Ryan who is exceptional and makes us feel like family, but all the servers and bar tenders we have accounted are all great as well. This is our Friday night ritual and don't plan on changing it up. I recommend making reservations, they're always busy but try there best to accommodate walkins.Best of Weston & West Broward!

Excellent service the food was great and the dining room atmosphere also nice and not loud. Large portions. We enjoy chicken Parmesan lobster, fried calamari, fresh baked bread with salt and butter and blackened broccoli. Cocktail also spot on. Bathrooms were clean and had an attendant on a Wednesday night.
Great service and good food. Attentive, friendly service. Come early because it gets packed about 7:30.

I found this restaurant on a day and evening of pouring rain and a partially flooded parking lot. The staff was welcoming, the food was excellent and fairly priced. The wine selection, though not extensive, had enough variety and, like the food, represent good quality at a fair price. This is a great local choice for Italian food.
We had an amazing time. The food was delicious . The service really good. Time was pretty fast. The atmosphere is perfect. It's a restaurant to come back for sure

This was my first time at Acquolina. The food was good and the service was good. However when I reviewed my credit card statement a few days later I discovered that what I was charged was not what was shown on my paper copy. It turned out that my 15% tip was changed to 20% tip! I called and spoke to John, the manager. I told him the situation and the fact that the tip was increased by the waiter. He then asked me if I thought the waiter would risk being fired for a few extra dollars in tip. I told him that I don't know which is why I needed him to investigate. I gave the information he requested and was placed on hold. After a few minutes he got back on the line and told me he couldn't find the credit card receipts for the day in question. He then told me that this waiter had been working there for many years and he didn't think he would do such a thing on purpose. He offered on two different occasions during our conversation to send me a gift card. I told him I didn't want a gift card. What I didn't tell him is that I would not patronize that restaurant again so the gift card would be of no value to me. I asked for the difference to refunded to me but was told that they couldn't do credit card refunds. I thanked him and hung up. If you chose to patronize Acquolina, my advise is to pay in cash for your meal or at least the tip.

We ordered two dirty martini's and they were terrible. I asked for Tito's. The vodka wasn't Tito's and a cheap olive mix was used instead of real olive brine. My $69.00 10oz filet was ordered medium and came out well done. Very cold in the restaurant. Many people were wearing sweaters. The noisy and uncomfortable environment.
