Ambiance is nice. Walked in and they had live music. I ordered a carpaccio for my appetizer. It was terrible. Tasteless. I ordered a filet for my dinner with creamed spinach and mashed potatoes for my side. That was all fine. Service was good too even though they were busy.

I gave it another chance but I was disappointed. 1st, the table for two was super small, and the surface was uneven, and it was very hard to lay a cup or a plate..... not up to par with the rest of the stablishment. 2nd, my steak was way undercooked and they have to take it back, no apologies, no manager. I had to eat by myself 15 minutes later when the rest of my party was already finishing..... never an apology. We all agreed that the food quality was 3 out of 5. Nice place but the quality of the service and food was below average.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Baires in Weston and I must say, the experience was elevated by the outstanding service provided by our waiter, Juan Soto. From the moment we walked in, Juan ensured that we felt genuinely welcomed. Despite the restaurant being busy, he effortlessly managed to make us feel like valued guests, never once allowing us to feel forgotten.Overall, I cannot speak highly enough of Juan and the level of service he provided. I will undoubtedly be returning to Baires thanks to the exceptional service provided by Juan. Highly recommended!

Baires Managment should know this. Maybe because it was so crowded but we brought another group of clients for the second time this week. Monday was fabulous. This time I returned my food. When we sat, table was dirty with a piece of meat hidden inside the napkin of my client's wife. The piece fell over her jacket and messed it up. We had to wait for drinks. We told them that this that happened was not usual and we frequently bring clients. Just for you to be aware.
Everything is excellent. 100% recommended.
