Very upset. Took my in laws here for a birthday dinner. I advised the waiter, Luis, on multiple occasions, DO NOT LET THEM PAY. He still allowed my father in law to pay the entire bill for 11 people. Absolutely ridiculous. What was suppose to be a birthday dinner that all the kids treated the parents to, turned into a family dinner paid for by the birthday boy. Unacceptable!!!!

I hope this message finds you well. I wanted to reach out as a loyal customer who truly enjoys dining at your restaurant. Over the years, some of our favorite dishes have become part of our regular visits — especially the Lobster Bisque soup and the Mahi-Mahi.
We were disappointed to see these items removed from the menu and sincerely miss their delicious flavors. They were not only favorites for us, but often the reason we chose Bonefish for a night out.
We hope you’ll consider bringing them back, even as seasonal or special offerings. Thank you for your time, and for continuing to provide a great dining experience.

I first purchased a family bundle grilled salmon meal. The salmon was burned. I decided to give it another try and purchased a chicken and shrimp meal along with an Atlantic salmon, a kid's Mac and cheese, and a bang bang shrimp. The order was in “preparing” status for the longest. Upon delivery, the meals were ice-cold and not tasty at all. I think it is my last time buying food from Bonefish Grill. It has been only deceiving especially with their pricey menu.

Bad service, never bring the bread we ask for bread. Food low quality, desert pumpkin custard was not ready.
I was very disappointed in the food and service. My Bang Bang Shrimp appetizer was the best part of my meal. My guest had the calamari appetizer which she did not like, We both wanted the crabcakes, but these are very different from the ones we were used to. No crab, just some type of breading. The garlic mashed potatoes were like a little hard rock, probably an instant type, and lastly my asparagus were not fresh, some type of frozen one that was steamed,. Overall, just a waste of my $103.68, plus $18.64 tip. Bonefish, you are better than this…….

Left here tonight extremely disappointed! Went in to try the filet with topped lobster and was not satisfied at all. The lobster bisque soup was disgusting, Publix is way better! Our filet’s were not cooked to ordered. I ordered mine medium well and butterflied so that it could be cooked properly and it came well done. My husband who asked for medium but his came medium well and butterflied without asking. I feel like they took one filet and said, Oh they want it butterflied, we’ll cut it in half and give them each a half. The green beans were raw! It was just overall disgusting! If you want steak and lobster you’re better off going to Outback and even though they’re not a “nice” restaurant at least you can’t be disappointed because there’s no high expectation. The only thing I did enjoy was the bread and my drinks! So basically I paid $150 for two drinks and bread! It’s an embarrassment and a shame to have gone out to eat and have spent $150 to leave hungry and unsatisfied!
