Dine In- Service was horrible. Came into your establishment for a quick bite was seated and Alex P (waitress) took my order and brought my order to the table from that moment she did not once ask how my food nor did I need anything. However she did come back to the section not once but three times and check on the table that was three seconds from me but as far as me not at all. I was given dirty utensils not water stains dirty utensils luckily I had plastics in my purse. I had to literally get up and ask for my check and she didn’t even bring that someone else did. I was told she was working the bar as well however as we circle back I mentioned she came over into the section three times without seeing if I needed anything literally as soon as she got done talking/ helping the other customers she walked away quickly. I guess I could have yelled ma’am but I don’t think that would be appropriate. If it’s a short staff issue then bonefish needs to hire more people if it’s a customer service issue with the waitress then bonefish needs to do retraining. I used to frequent this location quite often, and they were great. Over the last year, the service has gone way downhill. They consistently mess up their carry out orders. You will receive a text message saying that your order is ready, and when you respond with what parking spot you are in, they never bring it out to your vehicle. You have to call the location and talk to someone on the phone and then wait another 10 minutes to get your cold food. Then, when you get the food home the lettuce is brown. I'm done coming back to this location.

First off, reserving a table online was so simple and efficient! Second, our server was an actual super star. We ended up being a party of 12 and he balanced all of our orders and questions with honesty and grace; all while being pleasant. I was torn between the Lilly’s Chicken or Cheese burger and he informed me that the burgers were looking amazing that night- he didn’t lead me a stray! My cheeseburger was juicy and well seasoned and the soup I got tasted 10x’s better when I reheat it the next day. The mocktails are also pretty yummy.Note: Personally, I’m a big Brussels sprout person and these aren’t my fave but they’re by no means bad!With that being said, the chocolate chip cookie and ice cream for dessert is always a winner.I also have to give it up for their bread and olive oil/herb blend, it’s one of the most consistently delicious things about them. :)Overall, even though I went on a bustling Friday night, they accommodated us well, were pleasant, had a lovely atmosphere, prepared food we were all satisfied with, and did it all at a reasonable price.
