We were there last afternoon, we ordered a pistachio coffee, it was frozen, I had to return it to reheat it! When they gave it back to me it was hot but they gave it back to me the same way I gave it to the

Cakes are really good, but breakfast is not good, croasant with cheese was so cold and not fresh, coffee was to milky and cold, we asked the server if he can please warm coffe and he got upset. Nutella croasant was not fresh. Cafe Latte had not taste at all. They brought the food first and the coffee like 20 minutes later. We were 6 people at the table and they didn't bring the food at the same time.By the time my husband's food came mine was already cold. I think all this can be improved if they make an effort .

The bad thing about having high expectations is that the drop is just as big...It's a pretty "normal" place and I don't think the prices are justified by either the quality or the flavor😵‍💫A cake at Publix can be tastier and eat the whole family Don't waste your $$$

You can’t just post that you are closed at 4pm on a Sunday.Everywhere it says you close at 6 pm. it is so disappointing.

Terrible experience. I ordered a swiss cheese and ham croissant and found a dead bug sticking to the bottom of it. I wasn’t even offered compensation, just got another croissant and on top of that had to go up to the manager myself. Needless to say my appetite was ruined and their lack of reaction bothered me the most.

Since the place opened I have visited it several times. I think the pastry shop is good, with high prices and good service.
What has us disappointed is that in the last three visits there is a lot of noise, the music is very loud and makes people talk loudly, it is no longer a quiet place to have a coffee, the truth is that one wants to leave quickly... it will be the end, I don't know. .
On one occasion, some waitresses were dancing in the place with customers..🤦🏻‍♀️ please, that is not a dance place, that detracts from their business..
For now I won't be back...
