In an area like South Florida, where Peruvian restaurants are plentiful, this place really stands out. The ambiance is family friendly, and date friendly. There is no loud music in the background blocking any possibility of a conversation, like I have experienced in other places. Now the highlight is their excellent food. They have done a great job of providing a menu that fuses Peruvian favorites with Japanese options. The options are plentiful so you will not be disappointed. I recommend their saltado which is made with very tender, melt in your mouth juicy steak. I tried the salmon jalapeño roll and I was really surprised with the great blend of flavor and the fact that the jalapeño did not overpower the rest of the ingredients. I was intrigued by the ingredient list of the roll parrillero so I tried it and I was very pleased. The roll portions might not be enough if you are super hungry but there are other bigger options on the menu that I am sure will leave you satisfied. Finally, don't pass on the passion fruit cheesecake or the passion fruit pisco sour. You will not regret it.
I will definitely be going back to try other items from the menu.

This is one of the best places I ever eaten. The food is delicious, perfectly cooked, perfectly flavored, and the staff is very friendly. If you are in south Florida you absolutely have to go here. I drove 12 hours and stopped in here with pajamas on and ate the best thing Ive ever had in my life!
