Chili's Weston is an absolutely fantastic restaurant and sports bar. In my opinion, this location is by far the best Chili's of all the many locations available in South Florida. Great friendly atmosphere and an amazing menu to choose from. I always order the grilled Ancho Salmon entre with a Sweet Corn on the Cobb, and Sautéed Mushrooms on the side. Believe me, it doesn't get any better than this!
Parking: Next time you visit this Chili's restaurant, find a nice private booth in the sports bar and ask to be served by Dimitri. Kindest, friendliest, most competent waiter you'll ever find...anywhere. He's been there for many years.
The food was ok at best, but good cheap drinks and all NFL games in the bar area made up for it. The bartender was cool, I think his name was David. He was courteous, prompt, and had a great personality.
