Chill-N Nitrogen Ice Cream Weston

Very nice nitro ice cream and milkshake, already in my top list!

I’d consider myself an ice cream connoisseur and ChillN has always been at the top of my list of go-tos. The science doesn’t lie and their flash freezing method of making the ice cream live and to order truly makes ALL the difference. Silky smooth and the flavors are amazing!!! 💯 must try :)

Becca was so kind and answered all of our questions with care. We were in between two flavors and she gave us one to try that we didn’t order, which was so thoughtful of her. The ice cream was delicious and fresh. This place has a really cool concept and the experience is new and informational. Thank you!!

The ice cream was good, but I would like to share some constructive feedback. I placed an order for two ice creams and specifically requested waffle cone on top, but instead it was mixed into the ice cream. The same happened with the Nutella (swirled), which was also blended instead of being served as requested. It would be great if the staff could pay closer attention to the details of the order to ensure the ice cream is prepared exactly as requested.

Love this ice cream spot. They even have ice cream for your pet! If you are unsure of what to get, try nutella! Thank me later.

I always get Vanilla and chocolate chips but I noticed that they gave me a different type pf chocolate chips, not the usual semisweet dark mini chips but big super sweet milk chocolate ones that ruined the ice cream completely. Do not fix what is not broken, bring back the good dark chocolate chips.

They made sure my experience was smooth and enjoyable, answering all my questions with professionalism and care. It’s clear that this location values quality service and customer satisfaction. I highly recommend visiting if you’re looking for a top-notch experience!

What a mess I waited for 30 min , 2 groups after me got the orders when I asked about my order they started making it , after 45 min waiting finally got my ice cream bit wrong base

Love the Weston Location. The staff is always helpful and friendly. I have been going there for over a year. I go there by choice because my experience with the Pembroke Pines location was horrendous. The staff there was rude and acts as if we come to bother them. The customer service is subpar. Weston Chill N Nitro again is my favorite location. Thank you for providing customer service and hospitality.

I found one hair and I was like ugh whatever, but when I was almost done with my ice cream I kept seeing more hairs! It was disgusting!!! I found like 5 hairs. The people that prepare the ice cream should wear a hat or something!
