Odd to review a chipotle but I find this one in particular to be very good, I come here often for lunch on a weekly basis. I find the staff friendlier than most, they don’t begrudge when I say ‘double veggies’, they have most food items always ready (can be hit or miss in other spots), fairly clean, bit of limitation on parking.

I come here often and i wont come anymore, they were preparing a quesadilla for me and the guy preparing them took cash and then back the quesadilla again. I told them to switch the quesadilla and they start preparing a new one, but another employee thinking she was pretty smart took the old one and give it to me and was celebrating about it. Then people ask why its Chipotle stock dropping, this place doesn't care about customers safety anymore

I’m disappointed with the portion sizes at Chipotle. For $12, I expect a substantial burrito, not something that looks like a taquito or flauta. Please address the inconsistent portioning to match the price and customer expectations.

From the moment I walked in there was a pretty big line and the girl preparing the food I could tell by her face that she was not in the best of moods. When I was up to order I accidentally said brown beans instead of black, I corrected myself and apologized(she had already put the brown beans on the plate and just tossed the black ones on top) also rolling her eyes, I then told her that my daughter wouldn’t eat the brown beans if she can make it again. When I told her this she made a noise with her mouth and tossed the plate in the garbage and rolled her eyes . I then asked her what her attitude was? And why she was being so rude to customers that it was an honest mistake. She then was like “I now have to do it again” mind you all that was on the plate was rice and beans. I told her she had a nasty attitude and she responds “I’m tired” I asked to speak to her manager and she told me that no manager was on shift. I asked her name she said Ana. Then I went to another employee and asked if there was a manager and they told me yes and the manager came to speak to me. I expressed to the manager all of this because when you work with customers you can’t have such a nasty attitude. If you don’t want to work just go home. I’m not sure why she lied about there being a manager on the shift. Never coming back here again.

No just no A girl at the front grabbing me chicken only gave me a LITTLE LIKE. A LITTLE it was like only half of a chicken. not a chicken A CHICKEN LEG. HALF. HALF OF A CHICKEN LEG. I was not complaining a lot and she side eyed me. So please just please just fire her or just give me more chicken you can litterly count the chicken

1/10 A new worker gave us half of spoon chicken when other people get a full spooon chicken and tried to let us pay extra for chicken. When we ask more she looks so annoyed. and before we would get a decent amount how other people would get in thier bowl. Chipotle is getting more expensive and the stuff i’m getting is so little.

I love Chipotle. This location tends to be a bit dirty because of the traffic, but nevertheless it delivers a great culinary experience.
Hot sauces are always full and clean, which I value a lot.
The key to get a lot of food is to order a bowl with a tortilla on the side. Ask for rice, then beans half and half, carnitas and chicken half and half, then veggies and for the toppings, go very slow and name one at a time. If you name multiple things at the same time you compromise the quantity of all of them as the worker goes for speed efficiency.

I recently visited Chipotle, and overall, I had a positive experience. The food is truly delicious, and you can tell the quality of the ingredients is high. The flavors are fresh and well-balanced, making each bite satisfying.
However, I did notice that some tables were a bit dirty, which could improve the overall experience of the place. A good level of cleanliness is essential for diners to feel comfortable while enjoying their meals.
What really stood out during my visit was the service. I was attended to exceptionally well, especially by the young lady at the register, Juliana, who was very kind, friendly, and helpful. Her positive attitude made me feel welcome and valued as a customer.
In summary, Chipotle offers quality food and good service, although they could improve a bit on the cleanliness of the table area. I will definitely return for the delicious food and the friendly service I received from Juliana.
