The pizza was delivery cold. I called the store and the employee told me that I had to bring the pizza back to them to show them that the pizza was cold. Terrible service. I would never buy pizzas there again.

Update - this place have gotten even worse.
They failed to deliver my order. When I called to ask about it, they refused to even discuss it with me and just said that the gatehouse called me twice and no one answered. I never received a call and Dominos didn't even try to contact me about this either. The rep who answered the phone kept trying to argue with me and was being extremely rude and refused to even attempt to help me. Stay as far away from this place as you can.
This location is always late with my order. Every time without fail. I don't mind waiting an hour for my food but at least let me know ahead of time that it will take that long. Don't lie to me and tell me it will be here within thirty minutes. Not to mention the "tracker" has no correlation to when the food is actually being delivered. It will always without fail tell me that my food is here and they hope I enjoy, when in reality it will be another 15 minutes at least before anyone shows. I'm not usually the person to waste time leaving a bad review but I literally waited 50 minutes again for my food tonight and when the driver got here they only even had half my order. Completely unacceptable and I can assure you I am no longer buying anything from this location. Food is fine, never expect anything special from a pizza chain.

Terrible service. The order and pickup app is great. When I went in to pick up, there were seven staff, and not one paid attention to me as they were busy conversing among themselves. When I did get someone's attention, they gave me short shrift. The absolute worst customer experience I've had in many years

Buyer beware !! Ask for the MANAGER SPECIAL! Today I am an unhappy customer because I could’ve had 2 pizzas for $2 more than the $16 I paid for one simple large normal cheese pizza!! I don’t buy many pizzas but this already left a bad taste in my mouth. Sadly the employee “could not” make another pizza for me at the reduced price- she said I had asked for one large pizza only. I asked why she didn’t offer the special and she just shrugged- better training would lead to happy customers. Honestly after I placed the order on the phone, I thought that this same pizza would probably be cheaper at my favorite locally owned Italian restaurant so next time I will go there instead of coming to Dominos. That’s how bitter I feel. I see many low ratings for this store- seems they don’t read their reviews. Too bad. If they do, I would like to talk to the manager and show him or her how better customer service can be. That’s all. The pizza? It looks good enough. I would eat it no problem- but it’s for my kids, that’s why 2 pizzas would’ve been welcome. Oh well.
Juan was so rude to us when we came. We had to wait so long and they let people who came after us pay and get their orders before us. When we tried bringing this issue up, Juan started to get aggressive and yelled at us. Their food might be decent but they definitely don’t know how to treat customers.

Juan was so rude to us when we came. We had to wait so long and they let people who came after us pay and get their orders before us.
