I come to this dunkin all the time. I goto this location at least 3-4 time a week.The last couple times have been horrible. Im waiting 10 mins in drive thru and NEVER Received service. No one comes to window.This has happened twice. When i look in the store they are empty. I will going to the publix next door to get starbucks. Never going back to this dd

A very young employee had his mother in the terminal stage of cancer in the hospital and asked to take a couple of days off so he could be with his mother. Without prior notice they discharged him and fired him, they didn't even warn him! He called to find out their schedules and they answered, “You no longer have a job.” Can you imagine? This company has no HUMAN empathy or respect for its employees! I hope you don't have to live a similar experience firsthand! I'm glad that the young man can say goodbye to his mom and find employment in more humane companies!?

I go here all the time so I won’t give a terrible rating, but I’m getting tired of when I order a grilled cheese WITH BACON & when I get home it’s just a basic grilled cheese WITHOUT the bacon that is an additional price! I will not leave the establishment again without checking my food. Starting to think it’s on purpose as if I shouldn’t be eating bacon or something ?. Other than that, super friendly staff and a very clean establishment!

I ain’t the one to complain especially around these rich folk parts where everyone cries about nothing but this is def the slowest Dunkin I been to. Took 25 min for a bagel and a coffee. When I asked the manager to cancel, she asked If I could come back later for my order so she didn’t have to do a refund. Lol If the manager don’t’ care or don’t show no sign of urgency, why would your staff care? There are a couple other Dunkin’s up the road, GO THERE! Peace
