I ordered 5 donuts on the kiosk and got 5 different flavors, but when I went to get the donuts the lady asked what flavors I wanted and I was confused and looked down at the small selection of donuts. I told the lady that I already ordered the flavors, it was very loud so I’m not sure if she heard me, but then she proceeded to ask what flavors so I just took the donuts they had and went on my way cause I was in a rush. Very unprofessional to not have the flavors they promised.

The food, etc. is typical Dunkin level, so nothing about that. But the staff there is extremely warm and the service is wonderful, despite being crazy busy they were all so efficient. Even got a free treat from the manager, thank you!

Last week I ordered munchkins and doughnuts at the drive through with coffee
The doughnuts and munchkins were all thrown in the bag, no wrapping paper or box
No napkins
Absolutely horrible
If you go inside you are ignored and the management team is all talking and ignored you
Today They were out of muffins and other items
Asked for a glazed doughnut and it was not what I normally get
The other doughnut I got was dry and tasted like it was a day old
Never again
I have given them enough chances

Best experience I ever had at a Dunkin’ Donuts. Went through the drive thru. Rayan personality and energy made my day! Truly was the sweetest. Then Amelia came over and was also so sweet. They really set the tone for our day and road trip. Their customer service was exceptional!
I was slightly difficult with what kind of coffee I wanted and rayan walked me through it well and provided exactly what I wanted. They were patient descriptive and funny. I will never forget them. I’m stopping here every time I drive down 💗

I just took my kids to the drive thru, I have been going to this location since they opened, and today worst service ever. We ordered a box of munchkins and a drink, we got the drink and they didn’t have any munchkins. So I asked for a refund since they didn’t have it and they said we don’t give refunds. I got robbed! They stole from me! So then I asked for a chocolate donut to settle this (even though that doesn’t cover the cost of the box of munchkins which they overcharged for according to their menu sign) and they said they don’t have any. They also said they won’t match the price advertised in their menu. How does dunkin donuts not have any donuts? How can they charge more than advertised on their menu? They took my money and didn’t give us our donuts! Isn’t that theft?!

This Dunkin' Donuts is a small, cozy spot tucked away in Weston—a hidden gem! The place may be small, but the staff is absolutely amazing. Super friendly and always on point with the service. A great little stop for coffee and a smile!
