I just took my kids to the drive thru, I have been going to this location since they opened, and today worst service ever. We ordered a box of munchkins and a drink, we got the drink and they didn’t have any munchkins. So I asked for a refund since they didn’t have it and they said we don’t give refunds. I got robbed! They stole from me! So then I asked for a chocolate donut to settle this (even though that doesn’t cover the cost of the box of munchkins which they overcharged for according to their menu sign) and they said they don’t have any. They also said they won’t match the price advertised in their menu. How does dunkin donuts not have any donuts? How can they charge more than advertised on their menu? They took my money and didn’t give us our donuts! Isn’t that theft?!

This Dunkin' Donuts is a small, cozy spot tucked away in Weston—a hidden gem! The place may be small, but the staff is absolutely amazing. Super friendly and always on point with the service. A great little stop for coffee and a smile!

I come to this dunkin all the time. I goto this location at least 3-4 time a week.The last couple times have been horrible. Im waiting 10 mins in drive thru and NEVER Received service. No one comes to window.This has happened twice. When i look in the store they are empty. I will going to the publix next door to get starbucks. Never going back to this dd
