What a disappointment! Although it wasn't busy at around 8 with only two other customers ahead, they had a full crew which was pleasant & productive. I asked for my Senior discount as usual, tipped it all back and much more lol, and waited.... Unfortunately for me, my bagel was not fresh! It was extremely hard to chew. So I did the best I could and ate the yummy lox with cream cheese and capers that I had to remove with a knife. Something has changed here and the last two times I've been in, it hasn't been a great experience with the food. The blueberry muffins were perfect as usual, but I come here mainly for what they're known for, and if the bagels aren't fresh--I'll have to stick with only their baked goods and consider going to a bakery instead.
The new manager is super good. Super friendly super nice great food very big improvement. Very nice to have friendly people working there now. I highly recommend and will be a customer daily.

I'm an officer and have been going there for a couple of years. a new cashier there looked at me in Discussed when I walk in. when I said good morning he said,"What do I you want". very rude. and he didn't even get my order right . I won't be returning.

Nice place. Plenty of seating indoors and outdoors on the plaza sidewalk. Bagel was fresh, veggie spread was good. I had a fountain drink with Free Refills. Little pricey in my opinion $7.50 for bagel with veggie spread and a drink.
My husband & I love this place. Everytime we have doctor's appointments @Cleveland Clinic Weston( which is often, this is our place for breakfast. Great service and great bagels. You just can't beat them.❤️

The treatment from a man who serves the public and who knows that I go shopping every day in the morning and why I don't understand why the application doesn't work, he has to scold me in front of all the customers for Every day I ask him for a favor to give me a blessed coffee since the application never works, today he made me remove the application and put it back in, he even did it himself and it didn't help, later he gave me My order was wrong and since I was so long I decided to eat what they gave me, please I beg you for better customer service
