I have to say that these gelatos are way too expensive and yes, they’re good, but I’ve tried better. I had a large cup which was not filled like a large and I even complained. I paid over $10 before taxes. That is really outrageous.

Went for breakfast with mom this morning, and never again. To begin, they were out of stock of so many basic things that we couldn’t get what we actually wanted. Ended up settling on two croissant sandwiches. It took a very long time to get our food too even though we were the only people there. My mom mostly enjoyed her salmon on. Both were dry and the cheese tasted funky on mine. Ended up not eating it. My mom order an American coffee. Wish they would have mentioned that they had no cream or half and half before ordering it. But either way the coffee was extremely watered down. Even after the she put a bit of milk in it, it looked like dirty, cloudy water. And then to top it off when I went to kindly ask for another coffee the man instituted that that’s how American coffee is supposed to look. Instead of suggesting a refund for the American coffee he proceeded to ring up a latte. It was really a terrible experience from the food to the service.

First time trying this place and definitely the last. I bought two desserts to go, pistachio and chocolate semifreddo, and both were a huge disappointment. They tasted old and were tough, hard to break with a spoon , nothing like a real semifreddo Each dessert was $11, and with tip my total came to $30. Honestly, I felt robbed. For that kind of price, I expected something fresh, creamy, and worth enjoying, not stale and unpleasant.

I decided to try this gelato spot after seeing it highly ranked and all over social media. My husband and I first visited on a weekend and were shocked with how packed and overwhelming it was — the gelato was delicious, but the experience was confusing. The line was long, and we didn’t realize you have to pay first before ordering. There were no clear signs, and better communication would have helped. They should have a clear, noticeable sign explaining that you need to make the line to pay first before ordering. On our first visit, we spent the whole time standing in front of the gelato case, looking at the flavors, completely unaware that we were supposed to pay first. It left us feeling a bit awkward and confused, especially since no one explained the process until much later.
We decided to give it another try today when it wasn’t busy at all. Unfortunately, the service was still disappointing. We stood at the cash register for almost 10 minutes with two employees present — an older lady and a gentleman. We were not greeted, acknowledged, or helped during that time. Then another couple walked in, and one of the workers immediately helped them, offering flavor samples and conversation, while we continued to be ignored.
While the gelato itself is very delicious, the service we received on both occasions were very poor. After giving it a second chance and having the same experience, I unfortunately wont be returning.

I loved Delicious by Carlotta Gelati! The croissant was perfectly flaky, the coffee rich and aromatic, and the tiramisu light, creamy, and full of flavor. I didn’t try the gelato this time, but everything I had was amazing—can’t wait to come back and taste it next time. Highly recommend!

This bakery is such a beautiful spot, perfect for brunch or breakfast. Their creamy and delicious gelato was voted the best in Florida a couple of years ago, and it truly lives up to the title. The texture is incredibly smooth, and they even have a Dubai flavor with pistachios—which I absolutely loved. Their pistachio croissants are a must-try, flaky and full of rich flavor. Between the amazing treats, welcoming atmosphere, and unique offerings, this place has definitely become one of my favorites.
