I have to say that these gelatos are way too expensive and yes, they’re good, but I’ve tried better. I had a large cup which was not filled like a large and I even complained. I paid over $10 before taxes. That is really outrageous.
I decided to try this gelato spot after seeing it highly ranked and all over social media. My husband and I first visited on a weekend and were shocked with how packed and overwhelming it was — the gelato was delicious, but the experience was confusing. The line was long, and we didn’t realize you have to pay first before ordering. There were no clear signs, and better communication would have helped. I loved Delicious by Carlotta Gelati! The croissant was perfectly flaky, the coffee rich and aromatic, and the tiramisu light, creamy, and full of flavor. I didn’t try the gelato this time, but everything I had was amazing—can’t wait to come back and taste it next time. Highly recommend!
