We really enjoyed dinner with friends tonight! Mike was our server and he was amazing. He gave great suggestions, provided humor and was very attentive. I recommend the sushi, scallops appetizers and tuna tartar. Everything was excellent and the restaurant provides the perfect level of music and lighting for conversation and ambiance.

We went for the second time, but this time it was just like that first impression. The ambiance was a lovely touch. The food was exquisite! So much flavor, and each piece we ate tasted different. Only a few places manage to make sushi taste so different from one another (they always taste the same). We were served by Sebastian, who gave us an excellent recommendation, and we left very satisfied with his service.

I had a wonderful dining experience at Katana! The atmosphere was inviting, the food was fresh and full of flavor, and everything came out beautifully prepared. A special mention goes to our waiter, Felix, who went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome and taken care of. His friendly attitude, attentiveness, and great recommendations really made the evening memorable. Highly recommend this place and definitely ask for Felix when you visit
Katana I think is the best Japanese/ Peruvian restaurant in a 100 mile radius. The civiche is to die for and the sushi is top notch. The service is top quality. Martin was an excellent server always attentive and caring. Racso the chef is also excellent. You can taste the care and passion in every bite. Will be coming back very very often.

Todays lunch visit to Katana was a clear indication that who your server is, is just as important as the quality and flavor of the food. I decided to meet a friend for lunch as I have on other occasions and 48 mins in, we still had no edamame or food. We had to flag down our server just to place our order who seemed to be bothered and interested more in chatting with the other employees. My friend ended up having to take her food to go since we were on a time constraint and I just canceled mine cause I was so annoyed at this point. I will be back because the food has never disappointed, but I will make sure to request a different server as this was the 2nd time at his table and its been a not so great experience.
