Rikuras has great food and always has good service and ive been going there for years but when i went in today to have some lunch i had to wait 30 minutes just for a hamburger combo the staff was rude and unprofessional i usually enjoy eating at rikuras and have had good service previously but when i went in today it was a waste of time and was disrespected. Management has work to do.
