The restaurant is very beautiful and the food is good, but the service was really bad, our waitress was nice but the others were rude about us being around the table, we have kids and they get bored of sitting so one of us was standing next to the table, they couldn’t really pass so we moved to give them as much space as possible but honestly if you go you can tell that they put the tables way too close to each other, so there is barely any space to walk, the waiters pass super close with other people’s food and as we were getting up to leave they were rolling their eyes at us and even told us to “sit or just leave”, one of us went back in to the bathroom and they almost didn't even let us in, I understand they are frustrated but we weren’t being disruptive, the restaurant is way too crowded and the tables are too close to each other. Still that doesn’t give them the right to treat us so bad and basically kick us out, other customers were standing at the door trying to pay and they were blocking the way too but no one was telling them anything about it.

Food is super overpriced but okay. This location was SO HOT, we were dying the entire time. Our server never came to quality check us after we got our food and took 10 minutes to give us water. And then they charged 20% auto gratuity for garbage service. Servers don’t have to work hard enough nowadays because they get money handed to them regardless.

Absolutely loved my experience at Little Hen! The atmosphere is truly charming — it instantly reminded me of a classic English breakfast setting, from the delicate cups to the beautifully set plates. The menu is impressively large, with something for everyone, and everything we tried was delicious. It’s the perfect spot for a cozy brunch or even a regular meeting place with friends. Highly recommend!

I've been there a few times. The atmosphere is delightful, but you can't eat atmosphere. The food is not worth the money. The last two times I went there my meal was brought out and it was cold. I'm not one to send food back cuz I don't know what happens to it in the kitchen. I ate half of it and left the rest over. Will I go back there? No! For the money that they charge I can find a better place

My family and I love coming here to the Little Hen in Weston. The service is always amazing and the food is great. My parents and I love Samantha she’s a great server, very friendly and helpful.
The hostess was dressed so nicely i didnt realize i walked right past her. My server Rashida was kind, attentive, and made sure i didn’t have any allergies. very kind staff, would recommend for a more upscale breakfast experience.

This was incredibly disappointing. I traveled all the way from Jamaica to take my niece here for her birthday brunch. Our order was taken and the staff proceeded to ignore us, mess up our order. Our pancakes came without the extras we ordered, the water we ordered was never served, even after we reminded our waiter 3 times, including just before he went to get the bill. (We were seated outside on an incredibly hot day.) When the bill came, the water was on the bill and when we pointed out that we never go it, our waiter told us he was overworked, the place was understaffed. We pointed put that a family of four who arrived we’ll after us got water twice and was served properly. Mind you, one of the waiters spent over 30 minutes taking pictures for patrons in between serving meals, but they were too busy to serve us. We were the only black people at this establishment by the way - can’t help wonder if that has anything to do with us being looked over, repeatedly. This establishment will go the way of so many others in Miami. Here today, gone tomorrow. It’s pretty but that’s about it. All hype, no substance and terrible service.

I've been here a few times now since we live so close. The servers are pretty great and the food is on point for the price. The seating hostess is the biggest issue. She is exceptionally rude and has been each time we visited, also the reason we will not be returning. She has such a condescending attitude and the last time we were there, she sat my very young daughter at a table with super low seating, then hesitately moved us to a table with an active leak above it when I pointed out it wouldn't work. I then had to wait another 5 minutes to get the attention of another waiter just to get a menu. With such a cute atmosphere, it is a shame they chose such an unacceptable hostess to represent the restaurant.

I have dined at the Weston and Miami location. Both have the same theme and vibe, but Miami having more of a social media presence. The food has been great at both locations. The service is superb, but you only have a limited time dining as there is always another party waiting. Love their lattes as they have a large selection of Cafe type drinks, pastries, and brunch items. Love brunching here and will probably return over and over again.
