I ordered a large pepperoni pizza and a 2 liter Pepsi today. They called me after the delivery driver said they “couldn’t find our address” which is literally across the street. We have never had an issue with any delivery before. They did not offer a solution and no manager was even available to speak with.

We have ordered from Marcos every Friday for a long time. Over the last 6 months the service has been on a steep decline. Wait times are ridiculous, even when picking up a pizza, coupon codes don’t work and aren’t honored.
The pizza used to be amazing, now it’s good 75% of the time. When it’s good, it’s great, when it’s bad, it’s awful.
