The food is typical McDonald’s. The main issue is service - even if you make order to the table - they will not bring tray to you. No napkins. Overall tables dirty ( it is not that crowded that you don’t have time to wipe them )

The manager disrespected me. I called the police because I asked them to give me a requested order or line that was never delivered. In the end, when the police arrived, they gave it to me but it was still incomplete.

For the last 7 years this has consistently been the slowest McDonalds I’ve ever been to. Corporate, please come fix this place.

I placed a pickup order via drive through at 10:11 am for a single McGriddle, and when I arrived to the location ~10:29 am the associate at the loudspeaker mentioned that it was refunded and breakfast was already over for them. That being said, when I asked if they had any of the materials for the mcgriddle left from the single minute breakfast was over, she asked her manager and said they did and could make it for me. The associate who helped me was named was Sofia and she was very patient and understanding! :-)

The drive-thru service was quick and the staff was very friendly. However, I noticed the window was quite dirty, which gives a poor impression. It would be great if more attention was given to cleanliness in that area.

They *always* forget an item in the happy meals. Every. Single. Time. Check your food, everyone. Is this on purpose or what, guys? Last time they skipped the entire container of chicken nuggets

Today I had a bad experience at this McDonald’s. The young man who attended me spoke in a rude tone from the very beginning and, when I got to the window, he slammed it shut with a bad attitude. I reported it to the manager, Kevin, who was very polite and said he would speak to him. I understand he might be having a bad day, but this is no way to treat customers.

could be a little more welcoming at drivethru .The quality of the food was probably the best experience I've had at any location I've visited.we ate in our vehicle due to my son having a nap.but the location outside was very clean.5 * on the hot fresh food alone .
