I went through the drive thru and they had the whole order wrong. I got a egg McMuffin instead of a biscuit and a regular black coffee instead of latte. No happy, I was in rush to go to work so got stuck with this item.

5 stars, it's McD's, an American classic. Get what you expect. We went for 2 $5 McDouble meals -no ketchup -no mustard -ADD mac sauce. Total was $11 and change, I almost said 'no, we ordered two meals,' McDonald's has affordable options again! Plus, L-shaped booths.

They need to hire more people, the employees looks busy and way understaffed, I have been waiting more than 15min in the drive thru lane and the sent me to wait even more in the parking lot. This is not my first experience, it is the experience that triggered to say enough, I'm posting a review. Shameless customer service from Mc Donald's.

I never write reviews but the morning/day time management by Santiago at this location is second to none. You’ll never find a friendlier or more hard working manager at a McDonald’s. He’s always smiling and happy to take my order, and one day I asked him to make the ice coffee a certain way and he knew exactly what I wanted. Now I only order ice coffee from McDonald’s when I go if I can find him working. he makes the the entire process a pleasure and he runs a tight ship. Good guy.
They don’t know nothing about fast efficiency and work under Mc Donald’s promise. Is sad but they are one of the slowest ever been on
