The employees at this location always seem super grumpy and angry. The teenager behind the counter yelled at my child today-this is completely unacceptable. If you have a problem with my child you are welcome to speak to me and not yell at them in public. I can reprimand my child accordingly. The employee even charged us extra on our bill for “wasting” the smallest amount of yogurt (think sample size). I typically always leave a 10-15% tip, defiantly not today. I’m hoping this teenager is just having a bad day or is grumpy after serving the huge soccer team that just left the store before us. Either way, not acceptable. This location is also always dirty. There is always trash on the floor and the tables are never cleaned. The employees would rather sit and play on their phones than actually do their jobs. They no longer give us spoons, we now have to reach across the counter into a communal bucket to grab unwrapped spoons-along with who knows how many other people and states of cleanliness. I hope this location gets some training for their employees. If not, we will not be returning.
Had such a great experience here! I come here often and the service does not disappoint. They are willing and able to accommodate with you if you have any requests or concerns and froyo is great!
Took my son for his birthday and it was such a great time! Please keep bringing new flavors! It's so fun mixing and trying new things

I come to this place because they used to have leche condensada for my ice cream. Now it is very rare. Please bring it back!
