I’ve been searching for a GREAT Thai restaurant in Charlotte….and I finally found it! Moon Thai & Japanese was fantastic!!! Our server Anthony was awesome! Highly recommend!!

I really love this place! The food and atmosphere are very good, I ordered the drunken noodles with shrimp and had some delicious Italian Pinot Grigio with my meal. I sat at the bar, Yumi (the bartender) made me feel welcomed, she is very friendly and took care of my order making me feel very special and gave me some other meals suggestions for the next time... I'll be back soon to try them.

Food was diverse, authentic, well priced, good portions and tasty! Service was really lacking. They didn’t seem to recognize the reservation we made earlier. Did not greet us, give us menus, introduced himself etc. was rushing us through the ordering process even though the restaurant was not busy at all. I think they can really elevate the experience with a better service experience

Dishonest restaurant. I placed an order through Uber Eats last night. While processing the order, I noticed the delivery address was incorrect, so I changed it to the correct address. However, I received a message that the restaurant would not be able to deliver it. I immediately canceled the order but was still charged. According to the restaurant, they had already started working on the order. This is impossible and dishonest.

well where do I begin.... THEY DONT HAVE THE FRIED SHRIMP BALLS ANYMORE!!!!! AAAAHHH GRRRR!!! so mad! that was what used to draw me there! although the sushi is great and fresh... but the SHRIMP BALLS!!! UGH!!! THEY NEED TO BRING THEM BACK! service is always good... but please we need the shrimp balls back!
