I came from New York to try the popular pan de yuca. This happened an hour before closing. I was surprised by Natalieās aggressive behavior when she started explaining that there wasnāt enough time to prepare my order.
Iām disappointed.

Came in for Mango Yogurt and 12 pan de yucas (combo 3) and Natalia said she didnāt want to stay too long to make more pan de yucas because she wanted to close up so she could not sell anything to me - this was at 9pm on a Sunday.

Just found this place. I always buy the Naturisimo products from local supermarkets when in Broward County but they don't sell the Ecuadorian yogurt. Ecuadorian yogurt with Ecuadorian fruit shakes are delicious, a must try. My mother and I ordered 3 flavors just to try at once, blackberry, guanƔbana, and strawberry. The yuca/casaba and cheese bread is the best. Better than the Brazilian brands all the way. I have try just about every Brazilian yuca and cheese bread available and they don't compare to this brand.
We love their food but their service is way to slow š, they can't handle more than 1 or 2 orders at the same time, we understand that they not always busy but they should hire a few part time employees.
I just got some samples of plantain, corn ortita and pao de queijo everything so š delicious..

I love Ecuadorian food and itās not easy to come by in Miami. This place offers quality items, their pan de yuca and fruit smoothies are amazing. Natalia was especially kind and professional, answering my questions and helping me understand the menu with a smile on her face. Totally recommend.
