I used to love this place but today was really disappointing. It seemed like the lady cashier was angry about something and her service was awful, the bathroom and in general the whole place was dirty. I hope they read this and decide to fix it.

I was in the mood for a bagel with nova and the local delis were closed. So I thought I would give Offerdahl's a try. Ugh. The bagel was mediocre and I didn't even finish it. Next time I'll wait till the the next day.

First time coming here for lunch. Had an amazing experience. My food (burger and cookie) was great, but more importantly the service was exceptional. Ava assisted me at the cash register and was very enthusiastic, made a a superb recommendation, and made a suggestion to try their chocolate chip cookie. She then brought out my food and came by to follow up to see how it was.Burger was properly cooked, tasted great, and had just the right amount of sauce. I would definitely come back again! Thank you Ava for making this a great first experience!
