From the cashier to the server today they were lost I don’t know who is the manager but he need to be trained they should fire the cleaning crew the bathroom are horrible that place needs to be inspected by who ever owns it

Have honestly had semi-negative experiences at this panera in the past. HOWEVER, the two guys working the food line (I’m assuming?) 2/24 morning were absolutely hilarious. Was waiting for my food trying not to laugh. Probably best panera experience I’ve ever had just hearing them joke around while making food. Plus, the sandwich they gave me was fire. Good guys who make that food awesome. Thanks for making me laugh. No clue who they are , but they need to find a career in comedy and make it out of the panera kitchen

I tried the french dipper for 1st time and it was EXCELLENT, the service by the manager, named Abel, was EXCELLENT also, people should learn how to treat a customer from him. Will be back.

Out of all the Panera bread between Pembroke Pines and North Fort Lauderdale, I Love the Panera Bread at Weston. It’s clean neat, organized, friendly and welcoming. I like to appreciate Abel, shift Supervisor who has a warm smile on his face always, step in to serve clients quicker and keep the waiting in queue by the register short.

Is a good restaurant, usually you know what to expect from Panera, high turn over and new employees make food inconsistent, it could be great or they could be learning, my advice is check your bag when you rapid pickup food in my experience there are things frequently missing killing the experience and in some cases making you go back.

What a wonderful experience! The food was fresh and flavorful, the staff were genuinely kind and attentive, and the restaurant was spotless—a true reflection of strong, caring management. It was inspiring to see so many polite, focused high school students creating such a warm and positive environment. Last night I’ve waited almost an hour for my food. Patricia was very apologetic about short staffed and for receiving the food late she gave me a free cookie for the inconvenience. It was super busy but she did an amazing job keeping her composure and got the orders out as quick as she can for it to be under staffed and an event going on she did good. I appreciate her❤️
Ordered a toasted multigrain Bagel. After waiting a while they give a Bagel sliced but not toasted. Asked to please is she could toast it. Brings me back the bagel barely warm. Asked her if I could have it a little bit darker. She burns it and in front of me scratches all the black burnt bread and brings it back. Asked for the manager and still waiting. Left the bagel at the delivery counter and nobody showed up. They trashed the bagel after 10 minuts and that’s the end of the story. I am a subscrriber and this is the worst panera bread i’ve ever visited.

This location has been going downhill fast! They seem to be focused more on Cary-out and are always understaffed. The bench seats are coming off the booths, several times the coffee was completely out, place is dirty and just now, I was gonna order on the self order pads and was told that they were not working. Ok, I ordered from the nice young lady that seems to be one of the few working and she asked if I would mind if they severed me in a bag because the dishwasher was out, I said ok and ordered a Harvest Medley salad. I started to eat it and realized that it was missing my favorite ingredient, the mandarins, I went and asked for some and tue manager just said “we’re out”. This place has gone downhill fast. It’s terrible and they don’t seem to care.

This place is an absolute joke. Place an order online an hour before arrived at the café to pick up. My order name is listed on the board and the girl keeps saying we don’t have your order as people are coming in placing orders and waiting they must be understaffed or something completely overwhelmed. Can’t even find an order that’s showing on their board In addition, the app won’t let you cancel the order and they wanna give you a refund in 20 days. Pathetic.
