I love the butter squash soup and the cypress sandwich, but everything here is so delicious. Everyone is very kind.

The worker Morgan has already given me bad service in 2 occasions, every time she takes my order never complies and looks for another employee to take care of me just because I want my bagels bread sliced, she delays and makes me wait longer for my order just because she doesn't want to slice my bagels.

Today I have to say something different. A while ago the quality and service went terribly low, hot lemonade and the bread with chicken that they are promoting again were super ugly served. I asked for ice, they don't have it. What a shame it was a great place, I've been visiting it for more than 15 years. Maybe I should change the place, I'll go further away, because it has declined more and more. It was always my mother's and my favorite place.

There was no coffee, there was no Splenda or stevia, there was no salt.
We had to wait for them to replace everything.

Horrible. Do not come to this one. There is a reason they are desperately hiring people to work at this location.

I an honestly trying to avoid going to this place. It organized in a way that when you pay for a bread to go you have to wait in a common line with all the orders even though you could just take the bread from the shelve and go.

Dreadful experience. They served us sandwiches with bread so burnt it was black. They offered to remake them, but why even serve them like that? The soup was cold, the mac and cheese was nothing but liquid, and also cold. They apparently ran out of chips and decided we wanted bread, didn’t even tell us or ask what we wanted. The bread was the worst part. Not sure if it wasn’t cooked enough or very old, but it wasn’t edible. If you are going to change $40 for a pair mini soups and half a sandwich, at least make them good. I also made the mistake of using the bathroom, it was gross. Whoever is the manager/owner of this place, take some pride in your business. It’s an embarrassment.

So sad to come to Panera and see almost everyone just walking in and using all the tables and only consuming the free internet and won’t order anything just because it’s cool and a trend but the people who are paying have to sit outside because every table is occupied by the free internet “customers”. How can a company survive with this nonsense. Panera used to be a great place to have a healthy meal and soup, everyone else can go to the library, it’s free!!! and let a restaurant survive. Bummer

Right from when I walked into the restaurant, Isabella was all smiles at the counter more than willing to help someone out who is totally clueless on apps, coupons, and who needed help placing multiple orders! Isabella did it all! I hope she’s there next time I come in. The food preparers were equally kind and really hustling as you guys were busy!!! The food was phenomenal. I got 4 soup and sandwich combos and all were delectable. We cannot wait to come back. Thank you Panera!!! I’m sorry there are no photos as I took the food to go so it was all bagged up.

Vegetarian options: There are more than accommodating

Parking: Open free parking lot

Kid-friendliness: Fine place for kids to dine

Wheelchair accessibility: Easily move around inside the restaurant

The taste of our meal was decent, as expected from Panera Bread, but our order was incorrect and lacked in several ways.

My husband ordered the tuna sandwich with added cheese and without tomato. None of these requests were fulfilled, and there was hardly any tuna salad inside the sandwich.

I ordered a soup and sandwich combo, which was okay, except the side baguette for my soup was cold and untoasted. It seems that Panera Bread's quality of food and customer service just aren’t the same anymore.

Additionally, this location was quite disappointing. The tables appeared as though they hadn't been wiped down all day and were covered in food. Moreover, there were food scraps and used napkins scattered on the floor.
