Coffee all the time cold or just cool and sometimes empty even thought it's during the morning hours. First time dining here and again coffee dead cold.Today 9-22-23 I got robbed in the place. $11.98 for a sandwich chicken almond apple. Well 2 slivers of almond in one half of the sandwich 2 pieces of apple in the other. Bowl of turkey chili was good. Not coming back anymore to any Panera. It was more bread than chicken ?

Food is basically a semi-healthy fast food so yeah it's ok, but also not fine dining. The service is always great. All the people working here have been nothing but nice when I go in so that's where most of the rating is from. I sometimes do some work in there on my laptop and it works fine for that, but not perfect. Some of the plugs are a hit or miss but when they're used all the time it's bound to happen from people being reckless when inserting and removing their devices; I don't blame the restaurant for their customers negligence.

Absolutely HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Nobody was at the counter to help. I waited 15 minutes for an employee to finally serve me. I had a gift card that i had just got and it didn't work. I ordered a broccoli and cheddar mac & cheese bowl, i received it fully disassembled and received the wrong mac and cheese. there wasn't even ice for my drink so i was sitting there drinking a warm soda. The lady that was cutting bagels put it on a dirty counter with a bunch of crumbs before putting it in a bag and handing it to me. You guys lost a customer. worst experience i've ever had at any food place. super dissatisfied. you guys need to seriously get your act together. I would be very surprised if you guys actually passed a health inspection. disgusting.
