In drive through, 9 out of 10 times, there is an item that I purchased that's not in the bag when I get home. You have to ask for a receipt, as they don't readily give you one. When I've tried to call the restaurant, no one answers the phone.

The place is extremely dirty and unhygienic. The floors, counters, and work areas are not properly cleaned, and the overall environment feels neglected and unsanitary. On top of that, the employees don’t follow basic food safety standards—many of them do not wear hair nets, and several have very long weaves that are left uncovered while handling food. This is both unprofessional and a serious health code violation, making the establishment not only unpleasant but also unsafe for customers.

This has become one of my favorites chicken places to eat. They didn’t have a lot of employees working today but the manager took my order and the way he did it make my day. He was super friendly and helpful when talking my order. And when I finished ordering the order was ready in less than a minute. I’ll be definitely coming more often here. You’re doing an excellent job.

Been going to this Pollo for about a year now once a week and they have NEVER gotten my order right, maybe only one time. I’m not even a picky guy but this is crazy. I’ve recorded myself ordering from here just to show my friends how ridiculous it is. I always go at night and it’s the same people, they are a little rude. No manners, thank you, please, etc. I am extremely clear with my order as well, I can’t say it any better. I say it multiple times and then I ask them to repeat it back to me and it’s something completely different lol. After back and forth they have the order right, I get my food and it’s still the wrong order. Get a new person to take the orders or something this is just insane

Waited over 20 mins in the drive thru and the girl was just walking around and on her phone. Call my crazy but drive thru is suppose to be quicker than going inside or the online orders. Dont go to this location, im sure there is a better one thats faster service. I wish I could give 0 stars but im forced to give at least 1

Unfortunately, bad service. Make sure after you place the order to watch the prep line. Otherwise, orders after yours will be completed first. You'll be standing there and nothing is getting done.

We notifed manager in red shirt. He jumped on our order quickly.
