In drive through, 9 out of 10 times, there is an item that I purchased that's not in the bag when I get home. You have to ask for a receipt, as they don't readily give you one. When I've tried to call the restaurant, no one answers the phone.

This has become one of my favorites chicken places to eat. They didn’t have a lot of employees working today but the manager took my order and the way he did it make my day. He was super friendly and helpful when talking my order. And when I finished ordering the order was ready in less than a minute. I’ll be definitely coming more often here. You’re doing an excellent job.

Chicken Tropichop good but forgot to add the green pepper and onion. The air conditioning was not working for days...and the when management was told...they just seemed unconcerned!
