You get to order a bowl and while they prepare it the employees spend the time talking to each other without paying attention to your bowl, plus they talk while they prepare it and they are spreading saliva on your food and they don't even think about it, then they finally put it in the blender They continue talking, the blender turns off and they continue talking personal things without meaning. You arrive wanting to enjoy a dessert and you leave bitter because of the terrible service. There is no manager or order there!

RACIST !!!! So polite to the Spanish customers and looked disgusted with the black customers very short with words and didn’t want to assist me. They are also overpriced liars they don’t use organic produce they use puree etc it’s not fresh blended fruit and the girl who made my bowl was so busy talking with her friend that she didn’t even blend my bowl properly it’s chunky

They have let me know that the rude girl who was working there during my pickup is no longer an employee and there is a new General Manager that is working on improving the overall service. If I’m tipping fairly & taking out food & drinks from this establishment , at least have your employees have proper manners by saying acknowledging your clients by saying “Hello” & “Bye” at least to your customers smh! Bad attitudes from workers ruin my meals!

The food there is great, but service was awful. I told the young lady working the register it was my first time there and needed a moment to decide. After two minutes passed she looked very impatient and rudely asked if she can take my order yet. There was no line behind me nor was the store closing at the time. I felt rushed for no reason and likely will not be coming back.

Raw Juce never fails. I only come here for the Black Magic Açaí bowl! Always on point, refreshing and delicious! Highly recommend giving this bowl a try! The service is great here for a great post workout snack or meal!
