went for early lunch, had the ceviche very good lots of seafood. tried the pescado a lo macho very tasty fish with a great peppery sauce. wife had tacu tacu con lomo beef with a very good rice base. definitely will return when in town
Stopped in at Sanka for a work lunch and I was pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness and sophistication that this restaurant presents. For the lunch special, you are given a choice of a weekly rotating lunch menu of an appetizer and entree for $10. I ordered the Atun causa (mashed potato with tuna) it was good. For the entree, I ordered the Aji De Gallina. It was very good. This is probably the best Peruvian place near sawgrass mills so check it out! 5*
