I visited this Starbucks for many years and always had great service. My last visit on Sunday July 13th was a disappointment. I’m not sure if management has changed. Please help me understand why would a business whose name is synonymous with coffee stop serving hot (drip) coffee 3 hours before closing time? The answer I got in the store was “the machines are sensitive so we have to shut them down to clean them”. I went to town center Starbucks and got a hot cup without any issues. I could not help wondering if the machines are shut down and cleaned early to save time in cleanup at closing. If this is the case please just post a sign “ No Hot Coffee after 5:30”.

They kept my mobile order away from the Mobile pickup area for FIFTEEN MINUTES as I stood there and waited and finally had to ask for the order. It cooled down to the point that it’s gross, and now I’m late for work. “Oh we were really busy,” no, you messed up

This is the best Starbucks location in Weston! The staff is so welcoming and helpful. Amaury and his wonderful staff are always so supportive of the nearby Indian Trace Elementary PTA, helping us with donations for events. The staff and parents are so appreciative of their contributions! There is no better way to start your day than by stopping by this Starbucks location.
