I was recently at this location and l used their vending machine to purchase a diet coke. The vending machine charged me extra money for a sandwich that I did not purchase. When I tried to get one of the employees to help me, he told me that there was nothing he could do and then proceeded to ignore me. I asked him again if he could assist me. While he did come over to the vending machine ultimately he told me I would just have to call my bank to cancel the transaction. I asked to speak to a manager and he informed me that I would have to come back to the location on Tuesday because his manager was out of town. I told him that that did not make any sense that I would have to traveI 30 minutes to get my refund.Then, l asked him if he could just fix me a sandwich and that I would pay the difference; he told me that he could not do that because it was not the same thing and then proceeded to take my order with little disregard for what had just happened. There is no way that I should have had to pay nearly eleven dollars for a diet coke! Terrible customer service! I will never eat here again

Pretty standard Subway. Service is good except when the owner only places one employee to run the whole place. Inconsiderate. The employees are always agreeable and do a good job with the sandwiches as much as can be done with a subway sub.

I’m a true tuna sandwich lover — it’s my absolute favorite — and I’ve visited many Subway locations all around Florida. But I have to say, this was my very first time at the Subway on 2804 Weston Road, and I was truly impressed by the excellent service I received. I’ve never experienced such friendly and attentive service at any other Subway before. The staff prepared my tuna sandwich perfectly, fresh and exactly how I like it. I will definitely be coming back to this location. Highly recommended!

I went last Sunday to buy lunch and ordered the number 31. The Cuban girl , the new one she is very nice and professional with the costumer. I really liked the sandwich and the chocolate cookies, were very tasty and fresh. I recommended this subway . I felt very good and I enjoyed the meal . Thank you so much.

My favorite restaurant ever! Go there all the time and love it. The employees are the nicest people on Earth. My meal is this. 6 inch Italian but Italian bread, American cheese, toasted, green peppers, lettuce, onions, salt, pepper, vinegar, and oil. Doctor pepper and sun chips cheddar. Boom. Lunch complete.

My son recently ate at this Subway and unfortunately got food poisoning. I reached out to Subway via email to address the issue, but their response was dismissive and didn’t address my concerns at all. The lack of accountability is unacceptable. I strongly advise against going to this location.
Second time I buy from this subway in 3 days, one online and one on site, both times I ordered rotissierie chicken and got served a ridiculous amount. You can taste the veggies for than the actual protein, also was gave a takeout bag instead of a plate. Go to publix if you are in the area, subs cost pretty much the same but you’ll get way more quantity
