We ordered 4 Subs here that was supposed to have the soft Asiago bread and the dumped their 3-day old white bread on our order that was horribly hard and crumbled into fish food - I called them up to make this right and they refused - don't go here - go to Flamingo Subway

I am a regular at this subway and i always get a Meatball Marinara when i go there with my brother and dad. The owner there is very nice and speaks spanish too! One of the employees there remembers my order and that is very nice of them! The cookies there are always fresh as well as the bread. Bad costumer service and they made the sub terrible. The ingredients were thrown to the bread. It was cold, and overloaded of olives.One of the girls quit taking care of me because she started filtering with the next costumer.The staff really don’t care. They talked about they don’t do anything but get well paid.Unfortunate the owner and/or manager for allowing this situations. Bad image

I have a claim for the service of the workers at this place, I am going to buy my sandwich at 8:00 pm and they will not let me eat on the site, they make me leave the place, their reason is that the tables cannot be dirty , I am buying my food therefore a good service is requested .. it is not something given

I am a regular customer at this Subway and loyal to the brand for many years, the service I received at this store is not the best. Store tables were a mess, bathroom was disgusting, employees talking on phones and sitting on counters, asking for a napkin or a cup for water is like a crime. Would not re-visit nor recconend anyone.

Just showed up at 10:10 AM to grab some sandwiches to go. When I got there the door was locked and there was an employee casually sitting at a table on his phone. I noticed that the sign on the door said they opened at 9AM same way its listed on the internet. When I knocked the employee signaled to me that they would be open in 20 minutes and shrugged his shoulders at me. Unacceptable, not everything has do to CoVid.. seems like no one has a sense of urgency at this store.
