The size of the food you get here is 30 to 50 % less in volume now. I got 2 soft tacos and a burrito supreme. Ate at 6:30pm and I’m starving at 3am. This is new because i always get the same thing. I took the soft taco and shifted the contents to one side to see how much was in there… laughable. Not worth it.

Just went to get some grub and while paying I asked the cashier at the drive thru (some dude that sounded like he had a speech impediment) to give me some hot sauce. The dude straight out said yeah its there. I got home and there was no hot sauce. Avoid coming on Friday at 9pm. If you see this dude, double check your order.
One thing is getting the order wrong but lying straight to your face is another issue.

When it becomes easier to order online then from the employees inside... You know you should replace your employees. I thought I was talking to someone from a foreign country at first. Then when I could n't understand them, they asked me to drive around because I was taking up their timer.

They need to get rid of this location or all of its employees. Every time I go the employees never care about their customers or even the food they serve. Besides having to hear them speak in another language who knows if they are talking about the customers. The last straw was the employees today who hid as soon as I pulled up to the window. They pretended to act as if no one was in the store when the food was prepared and bagged so if the store was closed how is there a bag of food sealed?? I have a video and will be providing to BBB and local authorities to investigate why employees feel so highly as to steal customers food they paid for! HORRIBLE SERVICE HORRIBLE EMPLOYEES AND WASTE OF TIME.
