It has been years since I’ve been back here, and I will definitely say I had one of the best lunches in Town Center today. I ordered the Strawberry Matcha- which was ceremonial grade and in the cutest bottle ever! In addition to this, I had the grilled chicken breast sandwich and it felt as if I was back in Europe eating lunch. The food was fresh and left me entirely satisfied. Apart from the food, the service was amazing, our waitress was very sweet and helpful in selecting an option.

Each dish is well made and clearly prepared with care. The staff are friendly, helpful, and make you feel comfortable without rushing you. I had a wonderful experience at The Cheese Course in Weston. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the staff was friendly and attentive. The food was fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with high quality ingredients. The menu offers a great variety, from cheese boards to sandwiches and soups, making it a great spot for lunch or a relaxed meal. Everything from the service to the food made this a place I would happily return to and recommend to others.

Very disappointing experience. We waited over 30 minutes while several servers ignored us and attended everyone around us except our table. The table was dirty and most of the staff had a terrible attitude. The only good thing was Lae, who finally helped us and was very sweet. I do not recommend this place.

The bread is fresh baked and out of this world, the cheeses are amazing and the combination of flavors of their sandwiches are spot on. The seating is more for looks than for comfort. I've been there when it's busy and when it's not; the service and the speed of the kitchen is congruent to how busy they are. They do offer take out, so if you live near one, I'd take it home.

I don’t like to give bad reviews. I prefer to give good ones and say nothing when a place is not at the level of its own promise. But in this case I just want to point out that you can’t go to a place where the air conditioning is freezing 🥶 and that after you request for them to adjust the temperature, they prioritize their products. Instead of the Customer experience. The person I was with was with short sleeves, because we live in Florida. I Was with long sleeves and a jacket. And even though I couldn’t stay with it. I’m sorry, but I have to say it. The experience of having a good moment whether is business, pleasure, or a mix of both was disastrous. Awful.
