Mason is the front of this restaurant, a super-cool, polite & knowledgeable guy. I go there every week or two. The corporate Big Boss is pushy though, and a bit of a turnoff. Don't mess with people when they're taking orders.You weren't invited in on the conversation, dude. He's on his phone the entire time. I asked big guy to refill two of the sauces since he was standing there blocking up the sauce bar with his phone plugged in texting away. And he said he would get right on it. And he never did. I checked back two times and still no sauce. I ate my whole meal and I never got the sauce. Mason should run this location!

This is the second time in a month that we’ve had to wait 20–25 minutes for something as basic as tacos. When the food finally arrived, it was cold—hardly what anyone expects or enjoys. Unfortunately, this place has gone downhill over the past couple of months. Until these issues are addressed, I wouldn’t recommend dining here.

My husband and I were so excited Tijuana Flats in Weston! I had one very close to my house in Miramar which closed and was disappointing but this one is close to my mom's. We met her there for an early dinner. Everything there was very nice and clean. The staff checked on us several times to see if we needed anything. We always love the food and easy going atmosphere. It will be a new regular for us now that we have found it and an easy place for my mom to meet up who cannot drive far! She liked one of the sauces so much she bought a couple bottles for Christmas gifts already to share!

This place has really gone downhill. Food used to be good, especially for a fast TexMex option. But my last three visits have been disappointing. Same salad and burritos that my family used to get, but taste and texture is not at all the same. Service was poor last time too. I ordered ahead and it wasn’t ready until long after people who arrived after me. I asked employees to check on my order and they obviously didn’t say anything to the people preparing the food.

My wife and I have always gone to a Tijuana Flats closer to our home in Coral Springs, but we happen to be in the Weston area so we stopped there. I have to say that the service here was so good that we had to ask for the names of the persons who attended to us before leaving. Garrett and Tyler provided a level of service and attention that we haven’t seen at even some full service expensive restaurants. This has got to be the nicest most inviting Tijuana Flats we have ever been to. There’s something about great service and a chill atmosphere that makes ppl want to come back….and we will be back to this location! Great job guys!
We come here regularly and it's always a great experience. We love Tyler! He's so personable and we chat with him all the time. He's great at making connections with all of the customers here, I've seen multiple people come in and be happy to see him working.
